Abstract: A screw includes a screw main body, a conveyance portion conveying a raw material, and a passage provided in the screw main body. The passage includes a first passage element, a second passage element, and a third passage element. The screw main body has a plurality of cylindrical bodies arranged in an axial direction of the rotating shaft. At least a portion of the conveyance portion is formed on outer peripheral surfaces of the cylindrical bodies adjacent to each other, and the passage is formed in the cylindrical body so as to cross over between the adjacent cylindrical bodies.

Abstract: A kneading apparatus includes a processor, and a extruder. The extruder includes a screw. The screw includes a screw main body. A conveyance portion, a barrier portion, and a path are provided at places of the screw main body. In at least one of the places, the path is provided inside the screw main body, and includes an entrance and an exit. The raw materials, pressure on which is increased by the barrier portion, flow in from the entrance. The raw materials flowing in from the entrance flow through the path toward the exit. The exit is positioned to be remote from the entrance in an axial direction.

Abstract: An extruding unit, a forming roll unit and a thick portion forming mechanism are provided. The extruding unit has an ejecting slit which ejects sheet-shaped molten resin. The ejecting slit includes a standard gap portion and an enlarged gap portion. The standard gap portion is formed as a gap having a constant size. The enlarged gap portion is formed as a gap larger than the standard gap portion in a position corresponding to a thick portion. The thick portion forming mechanism forms one or several thick portions which are thicker than other portion, in the sheet-shaped molten resin continuously in the extrusion direction.

Abstract: A workpiece machining device includes a positional deviation correction unit configured to correct a positional deviation of a radius end mill by detecting a positional deviation between a real contour line and an ideal contour line of the radius end mill. Abstract: In a processing machine, a drive part makes a movable part move in a first direction. A position sensor detects the position of the movable part in the first direction. The rotation sensor detects the rotation of the spindle. At the time of processing of a workpiece by a tool in a state where the spindle is rotating, a control part controls the drive part based on the detection value of the position sensor so as to the movable part move in the first direction to a relative position set with respect to a predetermined reference position. Further, the control part acquires, as the reference position, a position detected by the position sensor at the time of detection of cessation of rotation of the spindle by the rotation sensor in a situation where the movable part moves in the first direction in a state where the spindle is rotating, and the tool and the workpiece contact in the first direction.
