An imaging clock generating unit generates an imaging clock acting as a source of a drive signal that drives the CMOS sensor. A drive signal generating unit generates an imaging synchronization signal and a drive signal based on the imaging clock. A display clock generating unit generates a display clock. A display synchronization signal generating unit generates a display synchronization signal based on the display clock. A phase comparing unit compares a phase of the imaging synchronization signal with a phase of the display clock, and controls oscillation of the display clock generating unit based on a result of the comparison.

A marker can be generated to be superimposed and displayed on an evaluation range from coordinate values specifying the evaluation range input to evaluate the video and that adds the marker to the video and causing the video with the marker to be deliver. An image can be generated in the evaluation range at predetermined intervals starting from the input time of the coordinate values. A similarity between two images arranged in the order of time from the input time by comparing the two images can be calculated, and a determination can be made whether the similarity is within an allowable range. The time of one of the two images generated as an extinction time of the displayed marker can be selected when the similarity is determined to be not within the allowable range.

    摘要: A polypropylene resin composition contains 2 to 15 wt % of a moldability improver (A) and 85 to 98 wt % of a polypropylene resin (B). The moldability improver (A) is formed of propylene block copolymers (A-1) and (A-2). Each of the propylene block copolymers (A-1) and (A-2) has a crystalline propylene polymer component (A-11), (A-21) and a propylene-ethylene random copolymer component (A-12), (A-22). The propylene block copolymer (A-1) is characterized in that the melt flow rate of the crystalline propylene polymer component (A-11) is high, whereas the propylene block copolymer (A-2) is characterized in that the content ratio of the propylene-ethylene random copolymer component (A-22) is high. The polypropylene resin (B) is formed of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer (B-1), at least one of an ethylene elastomer and a styrene elastomer (B-2) and an inorganic filler (B-3).

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to effectively add Ge in the production of GaN through the Na flux method. In a crucible, a seed crystal substrate is placed such that one end of the substrate remains on the support base, whereby the seed crystal substrate remains tilted with respect to the bottom surface of the crucible, and gallium solid and germanium solid are placed in the space between the seed crystal substrate and the bottom surface of the crucible. Then, sodium solid is placed on the seed crystal substrate. Through employment of this arrangement, when a GaN crystal is grown on the seed crystal substrate through the Na flux method, germanium is dissolved in molten gallium before formation of a sodium-germanium alloy. Thus, the GaN crystal can be effectively doped with Ge.
