摘要: A method for the enzymatic transesterification useful for modification of a lipid, which comprises continuously or repeatedly contacting an enzyme or an enzyme preparation having transesterification activities with a fresh supply of a dried fatty ester substrate such as fats and oils of glycerides. The enzyme or the enzyme preparation has transesterification activities (Kr value) of 0.01 or more as well as lipolytic activities. The enzyme preparation is prepared by dispersing, adsorbing or bonding an enzyme having lipolytic activities in or to a carrier and drying the resulting mixture at an adequately slow initial drying rate to activate or increase the transesterification activities of the enzyme.

摘要: An electronic timepiece includes a frequency supply for providing a relatively high frequency time base signal, a circuit including a frequency converter responsive to the time base signal to provide a relatively low frequency time unit signal, and a time-keeping register responsive to the time unit signal to produce a time information signal. An input means includes an external control to provide an actuation signal when actuated, and an input signal is generated in response to the actuation signal, provision being made for selectively rendering the input signal generating means inoperative. An enabling signal is generated in response to the input signal and the time information signal, and a control responsive to the enabling signal controls the circuit means to correct the time information signal.

摘要: An electronic timepiece includes a frequency supply for providing a relatively high frequency time base signal, a frequency converter responsive to the time base signal to provide a relatively low frequency time unit signal, and timekeeping means responsive to the time unit signal to provide current time information. The current time information is corrected and displayed. A calculation command signal is generated and enables a circuit means to produce, in response to the time unit signal, a frequency error signal indicative of an error in the frequency of the time unit signal. A gain/loss adjustment signal is generated in response to the frequency error signal, and a frequency adjusting circuit is provided for adjusting the frequency of the time unit signal in response to the gain/loss adjustment signal.

摘要: An electronic timepiece includes a frequency supply for providing a relatively high frequency time base signal, a frequency converter responsive to the time base signal to provide a relatively low frequency time unit signal, timing signals, and a plurality of word pulses indicative of a plurality of data words representing time data concerning the current time and additional data concerning alarm time. A timekeeping register stores the time data and the additional data and provision is made for generating a carry signal in dependence on the time data. The information in the register is altered in response to the time unit signal and the carry signal to update the time data and provision is made to write in the additional data into the register. The coincidence between the current time and the alarm time is detected by an alarm unit which generates a coincidence signal indicative thereof. Display elements responsive to an output of the timekeeping register are operable to display the time data and the additional data.

摘要: There is provided a method for producing a cacao butter substitute by transesterification of fats and oils containing glycerides rich in the oleyl moiety at the 2-position with an alcohol ester of stearic acid and/or palmitic acid in the presence of a lipase having reaction specificity to the 1,3-position of triglycerides and not more than 0.18% by weight of water based on the total weight of the reaction mixture. By this method, a cacao butter substitute, rich in 1,3-distearyl-2-oleyl compound and 1-palmityl-2-oleyl-3-stearyl compound is obtained, in a high reaction yield with few by-products.

摘要: Methods are provided for manufacturing a wiring circuit element or wiring board in which a set of rough wiring patterns are formed by selectively etching a metal layer of a patternable member which includes a carrier layer having a rough surface and a thin rough-surfaced etch stop layer between the carrier layer and the metal layer. The etch stop layer and wiring patterns are joined to an insulating layer such that the wiring patterns adhere to the insulating layer and the insulating layer acquires a rough surface. Thereafter, the carrier layer and the etch stop layer are removed, after which openings are formed in the insulating layer in contact with at least some of the wiring patterns. A layer of metal is electrolessly plated onto the rough major surface of the insulating layer, and then a conductive wiring pattern is selectively electroplated over the electrolessly plated layer to form plated openings that interconnect at least some of the wiring patterns.

摘要: A method for producing a composition containing soluble isoflavones is described, which uses soybean materials as raw materials. The composition is obtained in a natural state without addition of solubilizing agents and chemical modification, and has high solubility under neutral to acidic conditions and good long-term stability under refrigeration. By removing the insoluble materials from the water-extract liquid of a soybean material having a pH value of 2-7 and a temperature of 0-17° C., a composition containing isoflavones can be efficiently obtained with high solubility under neutral to acidic conditions and good stability under refrigeration.

摘要: A press-fit fixing terminal is mountable to a wiring board by being inserted into a through-hole of the wiring board, and includes a flat plate section and a resilient contacting section. The flat plate section is made of metal thin plate and double-backed such that an end of the flat plate section is placed on a root side and a bent point works as an insertion tip when the terminal is inserted into the through-hole. The resilient contacting sections sandwich the double-backed portion of the flat plate section such that they are placed symmetrically with respect to the double-backed portion and both of the ridges of the resilient contacting section face outward viewed from the double-backed portion, so that each one of the resilient contacting sections forms a V-shape including an obtuse angle.
