    摘要: A safety system for an autonomous electronic vehicle having a body and a platform. The safety system includes at least one mechanical connection unit and a safety control module. The mechanical connection unit connects the body to the platform, and is transitionable between a first state, in which the body is attached to the platform at the mechanical connection unit, and a second state, in which the body is released from the platform at the mechanical connection unit. The safety control module is programmed to prompt the mechanical connection unit to transition from the first state to the second state under circumstances of an imminent collision event. In some embodiments, the safety control module is programmed to determine a safety path for passengers within the body and/or others in the collision zone based on conditions surrounding the vehicle.

    摘要: A mobile communication device configured to be worn on an index finger of a user's hand. The device includes a case, a microphone, a switch, and a power source. The microphone and the switch are strategically located along a shape of the case so that as worn on the user's index finger and when the switch is activated by the thumb of the user's hand, the hand naturally cups about the microphone to form a barrier to ambient noise. Further, the microphone can readily be located near a corner of the user's mouth for optimal speech-receiving conditions and to provide more private audio input.

    摘要: A portable user interface device for performing wireless communications. The device includes a case, a display screen, a speaker, a microphone, a sensor, and a computer. The computer is disposed behind the display screen to define a display side, and the sensor is located adjacent the display side. The computer is programmed to control operation of the display screen and to operate a wireless form-filling module, a wireless data transfer module, and an application module. The form-filling module is of a type adapted to promote source data-type interface with a client server servicing the user interface device and limited data transfer capacity. The data transfer module includes a wireless transceiver and is adapted to communicate with a data transfer service on a non-priority, limited size basis. The application module performs a designated operation via the form-filling module and the data transfer module, displaying indicia immediately adjacent the sensor.

The cap is mounted to the bulb body for connection to an electrical socket. The LED assembly includes a plurality of LEDs and framework. The framework maintains the LEDs relative to the bulb body such that emitted light is directed at an LED region of the wall. The first light affecting feature is associated with the LED region of the wall, whereas the second light affecting feature is associated with a diffusion region of the wall, with the diffusion region being apart from the LED region. The first light affecting feature affects light in a manner different from that of the second light affecting feature. The light affecting features are selected to affect or alter light emitted from the LEDs to provide a desired Kelvin color temperature and diffusion.

    摘要: A mobile personal audio device including a case maintaining a power source, first and second speakers, a microcontroller, and first and second stem assemblies. The stem assemblies extend from opposite sides of the case, respectively, and each include a tube having a first end adjacent and open to a corresponding one of the speakers and terminating at a second end. The stem assemblies are configured such that the tube is positionable in a user-selected extended state in which the second end of the tube is displaced from the case, and a collapsed state in which the second end is in close proximity to the case. In the extended state, the case is locatable at the back of the user's neck, with the tubes extending along opposite sides of the user's head. The microcontroller operates the speakers to generate audio sounds waves that are delivered to the user's ears.

    摘要: An LED light bulb device including a bulb body, a cap and an LED assembly. The bulb body defines an exterior surface and an interior. The cap is mounted to the bulb body, combining to define a light bulb-like structure. The LED assembly includes a substrate, LEDs, transformer circuitry and connective circuitry. The LEDs and the connective circuitry are maintained by the substrate, with the connective circuitry electrically connecting the LEDs and the transformer circuitry. The transformer circuitry is adapted to modify incoming power for powering the LEDs. The LED assembly is mounted to the light bulb-like structure such that the LEDs are disposed along the exterior surface of the bulb body, with light from the LEDs being directed inwardly into the interior and then outwardly from the interior. The LED assembly can further include a heat sink body encompassing the LEDs.
