摘要: A spindle motor tray adhesive dispensing method and supplementary apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus includes a base block and a pressure block. The base block supports the tray to be processed, having a blind hole for receiving one end of the center axle of the tray and three adhesive troughs around the blind hole. The pressure block pressed on the tray above the base block and axially movable relative to the base block, having a guide hole for receiving the other end of the center axle of the tray. An open space is defined above the base block around the pressure block within which an adhesive dispenser is movable to dispense a polymer adhesive to the through holes on the tray and the adhesive troughs of the base block to form rubber pads at the tray when cured.

摘要: This invention provides methods for non-invasive, real-time measuring and/or monitoring of local blood flow in a subject. Methods of the invention generally include the steps of obtaining Doppler shift images of at least two planes intersecting blood vessels at the scanned location; determining Doppler angles using the Doppler shift images; and then using the Doppler angles thus determined together with the Doppler shift signals to arrive at a measure of the volumetric blood flow. Also provided are systems and software for performing the methods.

摘要: Surface-mountable conductive polymer electronic devices include at least one conductive polymer active layer laminated between upper and lower electrodes. Upper and lower insulation layers, respectively, sandwich the upper and lower electrodes. First and second planar conductive terminals are formed on the lower insulation layer. First and second cross-conductors are provided by plated through-hole vias, whereby the cross-conductors connect each of the electrodes to one of the terminals. Certain embodiments include two or more active layers, arranged in a vertically-stacked configuration and electrically connected by the cross-conductors and electrodes in parallel. Several embodiments include at least one cross-conductor having a chamfered or beveled entry hole through the upper insulation layer to provide enhanced adhesion between the cross-conductor and the insulation layer. Several methods for manufacturing the present surface-mountable conductive polymer electronic devices are also provided.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for measuring a retinal sublayer characteristic of an eye. A plurality of axial scans are performed over an area of the retina of the eye. Reflections are measured during the axial scans to determine a plurality of sets of reflection intensity values. A given set of reflection intensity values is associated with one of the plurality of axial scans. A progressive refinement boundary detection algorithm is performed using the plurality of sets of reflection intensity values to determine at least one boundary location associated with the retinal sublayer for each of the plurality of sets of reflection intensity values. The retinal sublayer characteristic is determined in response to the determined boundary locations.

摘要: An IC component test socket assembly having an error protection device includes a test socket, a first detection device set and a control unit. The IC component test socket assembly serves to detect whether the IC component is correctly inserted into the test socket and determine whether further electric functionality test operations for the IC component is going to be performed or not. A second detection device set is further provided in the test socket, and a mark is provided on an IC component to enhance the functionality of this test socket assembly. Moreover, the IC component test socket assembly is applicable to semi-automatic or completely automatic system level test equipments to avoid burnout of IC components and damages to the test equipments.
