摘要: Systems and methods to perform traffic signal management for operation of autonomous vehicles involve obtaining vehicle data from two or more vehicles at an intersection with one or more traffic lights. The vehicle data includes vehicle location, vehicle speed, and image information or images. A method includes determining at least one of three types of information about the one or more traffic lights based on the vehicle data. The three types of information include a location of the one or more traffic lights, a signal phase and timing (SPaT) of the one or more traffic lights, and a lane correspondence of the one or more traffic lights. The method also includes providing the at least one of the three types of information about the one or more traffic lights for the operation of autonomous vehicles.

摘要: A system and method of wirelessly communicating data originating at a central facility between a plurality of vehicles using vehicle-to-vehicle short-range wireless communications includes wirelessly receiving, at a seed vehicle, one or more data files that have been encoded into data chunks from a central facility; storing the data chunks included in the received data file(s) at the vehicle; receiving interest messages for the data file(s) at the seed vehicle from each of a plurality of other vehicles via a short-range wireless broadcast, wherein the interest messages include one or more data file names and, for each data file name, the identity of the data chunks requested; identifying data files and data chunks existing in more than one received interest message; and transmitting the data chunks to the plurality of vehicles via the short-range wireless broadcast.

摘要: A system and method to control headlights of a vehicle includes receiving a broadcast that indicates a location of a sending device of the broadcast. The method also includes obtaining other information that indicates at least one of a weather condition or an ambient lighting condition, and analyzing the broadcast and the other information to determine whether the headlights should be enabled or whether high beams of the headlights should be enabled. The method further includes generating a signal to control the headlights according to the analysis.

The parking space request is transmitted to a reservation system. The reservation system determines whether a parking space is available to fulfill the parking space request. The determining is based on availability information that is received from a parking infrastructure. The method also includes receiving an indication. The indication indicates whether a parking spot has been reserved to fulfill the parking space request.

摘要: A system for analyzing driver fitness to drive with consideration given to any of various conditions such as driver drowsiness, fatigue, and anxiety. The system includes a processing hardware unit, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage device comprising various modules to determine if the driver is impaired. The modules include an input interface module that, when executed by the processing unit, receives sensor data indicating a present driver health factor. A database module includes pre-established driver-profile data particular to a driver. And the modules include an activity module that, when executed by the processing unit, obtains the driver-profile data and the sensor data, and determines based on the present health factor and the pre-established driver-profile data, fitness of the driver to drive. The disclosure relates various embodiments to a computer-readable storage device, separately, and processes performed by the system and device.
