    摘要: An objective of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a high-purity, condensed phosphoric ester made of a bisphenol A derivative and having a very low content of monomer-type phosphoric ester that causes reduction in the heat resistance and the contamination of the molds during the molding when the condensed phosphoric ester is used as an additive for a resin. According to the present invention, a bisphenol A derivative, a phosphorus oxytrihalide and a hydroxy compound are reacted in the presence of a decomposition retardant, whereby the above problems can be solved.

A sample is injected sequentially and separated components are successively fed to the detection part for analysis by fluorescence. The epi-optical system adjusts the parallelism between the detection side holder and scanning axis of the detector. Thus, a capillary electrophoretic apparatus can detect fluorescence from a fluorochrome bonded to samples as a label without influence by Raman scattering or Rayleigh scattering.

    摘要: In an automated solid-phase peptide synthesizing apparatus comprising at least one reaction vessel containing particulate resin as an insoluble support matrix which anchors elongating peptide chains yielded through coupling-assembly formation of peptide bonds, mixing agitation of reagents, as well as circulation agitation of washing solvents flushing the coupling-associated reaction solutions, introduced in peptide chain-assembly process steps into the reaction vessel, is effected by the bubbling of an inert gas forcibly passed through the reagents or washing solvent via a drainage port of the reaction vessel, in order to promote peptide synthesis. A removable agitation stabilizer is inserted into the reaction vessel as a barrier for inhibiting extra-vessel escape, due to action of the bubbling inert gas, of the reagents as well as the washing solvents, and of the support matrix anchoring the elongating peptide chains. The stabilizer also breaks clumping and coagulative skinning of elongated peptides bound to the support matrix, as effects further consequent of the action of the bubbling inert gas and levitated thereby toward the mouth of the reaction vessel during peptide synthesis. The stabilizer additionally acts as a baffle furthering mixing agitation, to promote dispersive mixing of the peptidyl resin with the reagents and washing solvents during peptide chain assembly; and It also serves to distribute washing solvents evenly along the inner surface of the reaction vessel.

    摘要: An optical system is adapted to form an image having a full 360° angle of view on an image plane. The optical system includes a front unit having at least two reflecting surfaces, each rotationally symmetric about a center axis, and a rear unit that is rotationally symmetric about the center axis and has positive power. The first reflecting surface is located opposite to an entrance pupil, and the second reflecting surface is located on the same side as the first reflecting surface. The entrance pupil in a section including the center axis is located between the outer periphery of the first reflecting surface and the outer periphery of the second reflecting surface. A light beam coming from afar passes through the front unit and the rear unit in order, forming an image at a position of an image plane off the center axis.
