    Abstract: A portable terminal wearable on a forearm includes a display screen that can be adjusted to be almost perpendicular to a visual axis of a user without interrupting an operation being performed by the hand connected to the forearm, and can be protected from an unexpected external impact. The portable terminal is worn near the wrist of the forearm via a forearm fixing band of a forearm mounting unit. A first rotary mechanism enables an x-axis of the display screen of the display unit to be adjusted, so that the screen is visible. Upon operation of the first rotary mechanism, a hinge case and display unit are turned to a certain angle with respect to the forearm mounting unit. Then, a second rotary mechanism enables a y-axis of the display screen to be adjusted, so that the screen is further visible. Upon operation of the second rotary mechanism, the display unit is turned to a certain angle with respect to the hinge case.

    Abstract: A reticle is designed with a method including a step of generating first dummy patterns with intervals from main patterns.
