    摘要: In the case when there are two objective biological activities, and the aim is to isolate a compound having at least one biological activity, the present inventors developed an assay method wherein a common detection marker is utilized for separately detecting the presence or absence of each of the biological activities. The present inventors discovered that a compound having at least one of two or more distinct biological activities can be efficiently and conveniently detected by simultaneously assaying at least one test sample or more by the above-mentioned method. Furthermore, for a test sample that proved to be positive by the detection method, they found that it is possible to efficiently and conveniently screen for a test sample having an objective specific biological activity by combining with a method wherein an individual activity of a test sample can be detected to specify the biological activity.

    摘要: In a connecting structure, an end portion (11A) of a flexible flat cable (FFC) (11), including a plurality of parallel connectors (12) held between base films (13 and 14), is joined by soldering to wiring terminal patterns (16) formed on a surface of a wiring board (15). The lower covering film (13), which is to be joined to the wiring terminal patterns (16) at the end portion (11A) of the FFC (11), is removed over a length corresponding to a region of soldering levelers (18) formed respectively on the wiring terminal patterns (16). The upper covering film (14) is removed at the end portion (11A) over a region closer to the end of the flat circuit member (11) than an end of the lower covering film (13), and covers part of the wiring terminal patterns (16).

    摘要: The color determination circuit 308 detects hue of the color image information, and the controller 205 decides a color component to be separated (separation color) in accordance with the detected hue. Output color by the printer 204 is set in correspondence with the separation color. The two-color-separating circuit 303 separates the color image information into image information on at least two color components in accordance with the decided separation colors. The separated image information on the each color is transmitted to the printer 204 via printer density correction circuits 304 and 305, and a buffer 306. Thereby it is possible to provide an image processing apparatus capable of setting and changing the separation color and the output color by automatic operation or by simple manual operation, thus the expression of the image forming can be improved.

With this structure, a tensile force of the flat cable is not directly applied to the connection portion, and a connection structure of the flat cable with high reliability can be provided at low cost.
