    摘要: The present invention is intended for a heat resistant reflector in which a light reflective metal is vacuum coated on a metal or inorganic material substrate and in which on the surface of the vacuum coated layer is further vacuum coated a light transmissible ceramic and preferably, a ceramic having a crystalline substance. This reflector has a light reflective metal and a ceramic vacuum coated together, and thus, can form a thin film of the same replica as a substrate. Therefore, there is very little refraction or absorption of light due to a protective film, cnanges of total reflectivity, regular reflectivity or refractivity are very few and its manufacture as well is simple because of continuous vacuum coating with one and the same coating machine. Further, as this reflector is protected with a crystalline ceramic, it has good resistance to heat, light, weather and solvent, and since a ceramic having a low degree of oxidation is electrically conductive in some cases, it can be made antifogging by conduction. The surface is highly dense and there is very little loss of transparency or coloring deterioration with time. Rubbing scratches due to wiping of pollutants on the surface are difficult to inflict and the surface has the property of excellent durability.

    摘要: The reflector of the present invention is the one in which on a substrate are successively arranged a resin layer, preferably, a resin layer having a molar percentage of an aryl group/(alkyl group plus aryl group) is 65-100%, a vacuum deposited layer of a light reflective metal and a light transmissible crystalline ceramic layer in this order. Pinholes or non-smoothness on the substrate is eliminated by disposing the resin layer on the substrate, and a vacuum deposited layer of a light reflective metal having a smooth surface is easily obtained. And on the surface thereof is disposed a vacuum coated layer of the light transmittable crystalline ceramic, and hence, without taking the reflector out of a vacuum depositor, it can be vacuum deposited continuously and its manufacture is very easy. And yet combination of the abovementioned smooth metallic reflecting surface with properties of the crystalline ceramic having very little light refraction or absorption, make it undergo little change of total reflectivity, regular reflectivity and refractivity, resulting in a very clear reflected image or the one having a high precision light collective and light distributing properties. Further, since the outermost layer is a light transmittable crystalline ceramic vacuum deposited layer, the reflector has the properties that there is little loss of transparency or coloring degradation with the time and thermal conductivity is great; thus with the use as an illumination reflector, temperature rise is small and it is heat-, light-, weather- and solvent-resistant.

    摘要: An image display device may include a varifocal optical element that condenses a light beam emitted from a light source and scans a projection surface with the light beam from the varifocal optical element. The varifocal optical element may include lenses located side by side in a direction orthogonal to their optical axes that are in parallel with each other; an orthogonal plane mirror that reflects the beam that passes through one of the lens to the other lens; and an actuator that moves the orthogonal plane mirror in parallel along the optical axes of the lenses. The displacement of the actuator may be controlled based on the scanning angle.

    摘要: It is an object to provide a driving apparatus, which can be easily mounted to vehicles of different models. A circuit unit for controlling an operation of an electric motor is fixed to an axial end of a motor casing. A connector holding unit, which is integrally formed with a heat sink of the circuit unit, is composed of a first and a second arm portions and a connecting portion to form a connector accommodating space in such a radial outside position of the motor casing. The connector accommodating space extends in an axial direction of the motor casing. An inside connector unit is inserted into the connector accommodating space. The inside connector unit has a connector-insert hole into which an outside connector (a vehicle-side connector) is inserted for electrical connection.

    摘要: A motor includes a stator having a winding wire wound thereon, a rotor, and a shaft. The motor is housed in a motor case, where the motor case has a cylinder part and a bottom part. A first terminal is disposed on the motor case, and has one end coupled to an end of the winding wire, such that the wire passes through a first opening on the bottom part. A controller case is disposed detachably on the bottom part. The controller case has a controller housed therein, and has a second terminal that has one end electrically coupled to a power module and the other end engages with the first terminal to electrically couple the motor and the controller. A terminal holder is attached on the motor case to hold and support the first terminal.
