A communication passage (20) is formed in the rotor (15) so as to introduce, into an upper space (7), a working fluid compressed in the compression mechanism (4) and discharged to a lower space (5) of the closed casing (2). A baffle plate (122) is provided as a discharge direction deflecting portion for causing the compressed working fluid to travel from the communication passage (20) to the upper space (7), while deflecting the working fluid in a direction inclined with respect to a direction parallel to a rotational axis O. The baffle plate (122) may be constituted by a part of the swirl flow generating portion (21).

    摘要: A hermetic compressor includes a plurality of compressing mechanisms. Each of the compressing mechanism includes a rotary cylinder having a groove, and a piston slidable in the groove, so that a compressing stroke is carried out by rotation of said piston on a locus of a radius E about a point spaced apart at a distance E from the center of said rotary cylinder. A partition plate is interposed between the rotary cylinders of the adjacent compressing mechanisms. The partition plate is provided with a communication bore through which a shaft is passed. The partition plate is provided with cranks on which said pistons can be mounted. A motor mechanism section is adapted to drive the pistons of the compressing mechanisms by the common shaft. At least one of the compressing mechanisms is different in phase in a compressing stroke from the other compressing mechanisms. The rotary cylinders of the adjacent compressing mechanisms and said partition plate sandwiched between such rotary cylinders are formed from different members, and relatively non-rotatably connected to each other. Thus, the piston rotated in the above manner about the above-described point is not necessarily requited to be rotated about its axis during the rotating movement about such point, and need be only slid along the groove. Therefore, the piston can be formed into a non-circular shape, whereby the area of contact of the piston with the groove can be increased to enhance the sealability, thereby enhancing the suction and compression efficiency.

    摘要: In a scroll compressor, a stationary scroll is pressed toward a movable scroll by a back pressure of a discharge fluid compressed by a compression mechanism, and wear powder, produced from an annular seal (which receives the pressure of the discharge fluid) as a result of precession of the stationary scroll, is arrested, thereby achieving the scroll compressor high in efficiency and reliability. A pressure-receiving surface for receiving a back pressure of the discharge fluid so as to press the stationary scroll toward the movable scroll is formed on that portion of the stationary scroll disposed around a communication port which is formed in the stationary scroll, and communicates with a discharge port. An annular seal is provided to form a seal between the stationary scroll and an upper frame around a region of communication between the communication port and the discharge port in such a manner as to satisfy a necessary annular sealing surface area, and a circumferential recess is provided on that side lower in pressure than this annular seal.
