摘要: An autoanalyzer prevents data abnormalities by managing the analyzable number of times corresponding to each reagent bottle as a result of reagent deterioration caused by reagent replenishment, or the like, to thereby make it possible to perform higher-accuracy analysis management. Before an analyzing operation is executed by an analyzer, the term of validation of each reagent bottle set in the analyzer is checked. If the term expires, the use of a reagent in the reagent bottle is stopped. Further, the identification code of each used reagent bottle is stored in a memory so that the use of a reagent in the used reagent bottle is prohibited when the used reagent bottle is set on a reagent disk again.

摘要: In a memory drive scheme of a plasma display panel, scan pulses are sequentially applied to scan electrodes and a train of sustain pulses is applied subsequent to the scan pulses to each of the scan electrodes during a certain period of time. A non-write pulse, which offers a turn-off level only when display information directed to the display cells is of a non-display is applied to the display electrodes in synchronism with the scan pulses. A write discharge is initiated for the display cells when the display cells are brought into a display state by applying the scan pulses to the scan electrodes and maintaining the scan electrodes in a turn-on level. The display is sustained in response to the sustain pulse train applied to the scan electrode following the scan pulse and dependent on the turn-on level of the display electrode.

摘要: An image recording apparatus includes a memory for storing an image information of each page; an image forming device for recording an image onto a recording sheet for each page on the basis of the image information in the memory; a recording sheet conveyor for conveying a recording sheet to the image forming device to record an image on one side thereof, and after that, conveying again the recording sheet to the image forming device to record an image on another side thereof, with no recording sheet being stacked during conveyance, and the recording sheet being conveyed along a specified conveyance path, and a predetermined maximum number of recording sheets can exist within the specified conveyance path. The apparatus further includes a controller for controlling the image forming device and the recording sheet conveyor so that a cycle of an image forming operation corresponding to the maximum number of recording sheets is repeated until a remaining number of pages in the memory to be recorded is less than the maximum number of recording sheets.

摘要: An inscribed meshing speed increasing and reduction gear construction in which external teeth (for example, a1 and a2, b1 and b2, and c1 and c2) cut at the same position during processing are not simultaneously meshed with (outer pins 111 of) internal-tooth gear during operation in order to improve the accuracy after completion of assembling even if the gear is cut by a machine of similar processing accuracy. Thereby, (although it seems to be contrary to a conventional idea that said external teeth cut at the same position should be simultaneously meshed with the internal-tooth gear), the actual accuracy after completion of assembling can be improved. In this case, when both the number of teeth (24 in FIG. 1) of external-tooth gears 105a and 105b, and a difference in the number of teeth (4 in FIG. 4) between the external-tooth gear and (outer pins 111) internal-tooth gear, are set to integer times of the number (2 in FIG. 1) of the external-tooth gears, the external teeth of the external-tooth gears and various holes formed in the external-teeth can be all simultaneously (by one setting) cut, and remarkably improving the accuracy of the positional relationship between the external teeth and various holes.

摘要: A charge eliminating device for use with a photoreceptor drum. The device eliminates a charge on a required portion of the surface of a photoreceptor drum so that an electrostatic latent image is eliminated on the required portion. The device includes a circuit board for holding an electrical circuit on its surface, the circuit board having a line-shaped edge disposed to face the surface of the photoreceptor drum. A plurality of light emitting elements are disposed on the circuit board to emit light in parallel to the surface of the circuit board in the direction of the line-shaped edge of the circuit board. The device further includes a housing having a plurality of compartments each of which encloses one of the plurality of light emitting elements on the circuit board and has an opening at the line-shaped edge for passing the emitted light in parallel to the surface of the circuit board to the surface of the photoreceptor.
