    摘要: Provided is a rotation angle detection device for an automotive vehicle drive motor. The device includes a magnetic encoder including magnetic tracks with different numbers of magnetic poles. The magnetic tracks form coaxial rings. The device also includes magnetic sensors operable to sense the magnetic fields of the magnetic tracks. The magnetic sensors obtain information on a location within a magnetic pole of the magnetic tracks and generate magnetic field signals indicative of respective phases. The device further includes a phase difference determination unit that determines a difference between the respective phases of the magnetic field signals, an angle computation unit that computes an absolute angle of the magnetic encoder, based on the determined difference, and a signal output unit that outputs the computed absolute angle. The magnetic encoder is associated with an output shaft of the drive motor or with a bearing assembly equipped to the drive motor.

    摘要: A sensor-equipped wheel support bearing assembly capable of accurately detecting the load acting on the bearing assembly is provided. The sensor-equipped wheel support bearing assembly includes a sensor unit in an outer member that serves as a stationary member. The sensor unit includes a strain generating member, having two or more contact fixing segments to be fixed to the stationary member, and two or more sensors for detecting strain in the strain generating member. The contact fixing segments are spaced from each other in a direction circumferentially of the stationary member at the same axial positions. An estimating section is provided in the bearing assembly for estimating load thereon based on the difference between respective output signals from the sensors by calculating amplitudes of the output signals or values corresponding to such amplitudes from the difference between the respective output signals.

The connector case includes a housing, a resin connector, and a ground terminal extending along an outer periphery of the connector. A terminal-side fixing portion extending backward from the ground terminal is crimped to or pressed over a housing-side fixing portion. When molds are closed after the housing and the ground terminal are placed in the molds for injection molding of the resin connector, a pressing portion formed on the mold presses the terminal-side fixing portion against the housing-side fixing portion to crimp or press the terminal-side fixing portion to or over the housing-side fixing portion. As a result, in the process for the injection molding of the connector, the ground terminal is fixed to the housing at the same time. The connector case with the ground terminal fixed to the housing can be manufactured in a small number of processes.

The assembly includes a vehicle body fitting flange having bolt holes at respective circumferential portions in the form of projecting pieces.
