    摘要: A communication control system for providing and registering a plurality of virtual circuits and sequentially transferring cells via the virtual circuits in response to request for transferring cells in an synchronous transfer mode is described. The communications control system comprises a device for determining whether or not it is permitted to transfer a cell via each virtual circuit having been registered in order to control the rate of transferring cells via the virtual circuit, and a device for erasing the registration of each virtual circuit if no cell is transferred via the virtual circuit for a predetermined time period after latest transmission on the basis of information for controlling the rate of transferring cells via the virtual circuit. In this configuration, erroneous operation is prevented which originates from overflow occurring in a counter for counting the present time.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a method and an apparatus for producing thin-film EL devices with short annealing treatment times and excellent productivity.A substrate to be subjected to annealing treatment is mounted on the surface of a stage. The substrate to be treated is constructed by forming lower electrodes, a lower insulating layer, an EL layer and an upper insulating layer in that order on a translucent substrate. Light-irradiating means is provided above and opposite the surface of the stage. The light-irradiating means includes a plurality of light sources and a reflecting panel, and the light sources are situated along each of a plurality of concavities provided in the reflecting panel. Light from the light sources irradiates roughly the entire surface of the substrate to be treated. The light from the light sources is selected so as to include the absorption wavelength band of the electrode material of the lower electrodes on the substrate. When a prescribed temperature is reached, the light irradiation is terminated to allow cooling.

A first scan register group in each functional group is composed of scan registers only used for the input operations to other functional blocks, a second scan register group is composed of scan registers only used for the output operations to other functional blocks and a third scan register group is composed of scan registers used for the input and output operations to the same functional block. Each scan path is connected to a common bus provided in the functional circuit. The common bus includes many signal lines through which the test data is transferred, and the scan path connected to a first scan register group is connected to a first pair of signal lines, the scan path connected to the second scan register group is connected to a second pair of signal lines, and the scan path connected to the third scan register group is connected to a third pair of signal lines.
