Alternatively, a thin film magnetic head further includes a first magnetic material layer in the rear of the lower shielding layer, magnetically separated from the lower shielding layer. A method of fabricating the same is also disclosed.

    摘要: A method for fabricating a thin film magnetic head is disclosed. A nonmagnetic gap layer is formed on a lower gap layer. A first insulating layer is formed on a first part of the nonmagnetic gap layer. A second part of the nonmagnetic gap layer not covered with the first insulating layer is a magnetic gap formation section, which is part of a tip region. A coil layer and a second insulating layer are formed on the first insulating layer. A first underlying layer composed of a magnetic material extending from the nonmagnetic gap layer inside the tip region is formed over the second insulating layer. A first magnetic material layer is formed on the first underlying layer outside the tip region. The first underlying layer is removed from inside the tip region. A nonmagnetic material layer extending from the nonmagnetic gap layer is formed over the first magnetic layer.

    摘要: Disclosed is a planar light-emitting display panel device of the edge-lighting type used for demonstration of an image of painting, photograph or commercial product for the purpose of decoration or advertisement, in which the image-bearing transparency can be easily replaced with another. The device comprises, as an assembly: (a) a rectangular planar light emitter having a rectangular light-conductive board; (b) at least one elongated light source held in contact with one of the edge surfaces of the light-conductive board; (c) a rectangular frame consisting of four frame branches, three of which are rigidly connected together to hold the planar light emitter and the elongated light source therein and the fourth of which is demountable, each having an inversely L-shaped cross section consisting of a top flat and a side flat so as to define a grooved space by the lower surface of the top flat and the upper surface of the planar light emitter; (d) an image-bearing transparency; and (e) a folder consisting of two flaps made from a transparent plastic sheet, in which the image-bearing transparency is held by the folder between the two flaps and the transparency-holding folder is inserted into the grooved spaces in a withdrawable fashion.

The coil layer is formed on the core lower-core layer and the organic resin layer through an insulating layer.

    摘要: A laser cutting machine having a cutting head that is positionable in X-, Y- and Z- directions and which comprises a laser oscillator for supplying a beam via a plurality of mirrors to the cutting head and onto a workpiece mounted on a flat table surface with rising rollers or a retractable rotatable support in the table. The locations and center-of-gravity positions of the machine components are disposed for optimum maneuverability and balance. The plurality of mirrors in the optical system have a first bend mirror, that is a precision-adjustable, circular-polarizing mirror, and a plurality of subsequent bend mirrors that are disposed to counterbalance any resulting phase shift amounts.
