摘要: Electromagnetic relay having a coil-wound bobbin with flanges at each end, a reed mounted on one flange and extending through the bobbin, fixed contacts mounted on the other flange cooperating with a free end of the reed, and a casing formed by a base and a cover. An upwardly projecting peripheral wall is provided on the base, and the lower edge of the cover engages the peripheral wall. Coil, reed and contact terminals extend through bores formed in the casing base. Grooves in the lower side of the base communicate with the bores and with the lower ends of passages which emerge at the peripheral wall. Sealant filled in the grooves simultaneously seals the terminals in the bores and the cover to the base. When the cover engages the interior of the peripheral wall, webs provided on the upper side of the casing base confine the sealant to the bores and to pockets provided at the outer side of the cover. The bobbin flange interior has a separator against which the fixed contacts abut to define the spacing between the fixed contacts. The separator also defines the spacing between the free end of the reed and a permanent magnet which cooperates with pole shoes connected to the fixed contacts.

摘要: A thermosetting powder coating composition comprising:(A) a graft copolymer ofA. 10 to 40 percent of a linear polyester having a number average molecular weight of 600 to 3,000 and containing one ethylenically unsaturated double bond only at one end of the molecule,B. 5 to 30 percent of at least one of glycidyl esters having the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen or methyl, and C. 10 TO 85 PERCENT OF AT LEAST ONE OF ACRYLIC COMPOUNDS HAVING THE FORMULA OF CH.sub.2 .dbd.C(R.sub.2)COOR.sub.3, wherein R.sub.2 is hydrogen or methyl and R.sub.3 is alkyl having 1 to 14 carbon atoms, cyclohexyl or hydroxyalkyl represented by ##STR2## wherein R.sub.4 is hydrogen, methyl or ethyl, said graft copolymer having a softening point of 70.degree. to 110.degree. C and a number average molecular weight of 2,000 to 30,000; and(B) at least one of polycarboxylic acids and anhydrides thereof in an amount of 0.6 to 1.2 moles in terms of carboxyl group per mole of the glycidyl group contained in the graft copolymer.

摘要: The present invention provides a grille shutter device for selectively opening and closing a grille opening in the front grille of a vehicle. The grille shutter device includes at least one fin, a motor, a transmission mechanism, a first switch, and a second switch. The fin has a support shaft, which is rotatably supported by the front grille. The motor has an output shaft. When supplied with electricity, the motor rotates the output shaft in one direction. The transmission mechanism converts the rotation of the output shaft to a swinging motion of the fin, thereby swinging the fin between a closed position, where the fin closes the grille opening, and an open position, where the fin opens the grille opening. When the fin is swung to the closed position, the first switch stops the motor. When the fin is swung to the open position, the second switch stops the motor.

摘要: An automobile airbag door is formed by a door base member, a door cover member, and a tear line. The door base member and the door cover member form a part of a base member and a part of a cover member of an instrument panel, respectively. When pressed by an airbag being deployed and inflated, the door base member is torn from the tear line. The first zone is defined as the bonded part between the outer surface of the door base member and the door cover member which extends along the tear line and includes a part on which the tear line is projected. The second zones are on both sides of the first zone and extend along the tear line. The automobile airbag door has a mechanism that makes the bond strength in the first zone weaker than the bond strength in each second zone.

摘要: In a molded product, at least an opening end, forming a window frame of a window formed as a part of a molded subassembly, is fastened integrally to a skin of the molded subassembly. Alternatively, a decorative component part is disposed on an outer periphery of the window so that a parting line between the decorative component part and the skin is visible as being joined closely in a decorative surface of the completed molded product. Processes for manufacturing the same are disclosed as well.

摘要: A structure of arranging an vehicle occupant protecting apparatus for an automotive vehicle, which can prevent a pillar garnish from scattering when an air bag installed in a front pillar portion is expanded, is provided. An air bag 16 is housed within a space formed by a front pillar main body 38 and a pillar garnish 40 in a front pillar portion 20. When the air bag 16 expands, the pillar garnish 40 is pressed by an expanding pressure of the air bag 16, so that an opening for expanding the air bag 16 is formed between the front pillar main body 38 and the pillar garnish 40, and the air bag 16 expands into a vehicle cabin through the opening. since a non-expanding portion is formed at the air bag 16 and a hinge portion 46 is formed at the pillar garnish 40, the expanding pressure applied to the pillar garnish 40 when the air bag 16 expand is low, so that the pillar garnish 40 can be easily opened through the hinge portion 46.

摘要: A pharyngeal airway tube, without inserting any foreign matters in the trachea (T), can be easily inserted through the oral cavity (O) in the lower pharynx (P), and is capable of hermetically sealing a transitional region from the lower pharynx to the esophagus (E) and the periphery of the laryngeal opening (AL) to secure an airway for positive pressure artificial ventilation. The pharyngeal airway comprises an airway tube (1) having a closed, round distal end and provided in its side wall with ventilating holes (2), and a balloon (3) attached to the edge of the ventilating part and around the ventilating part of the airway tube and capable of being inflated so as to surround a part of the airway tube near the distal end of the same. A small bore gas passage (4) is formed in the wall of the airway tube so as to open into the balloon, and a small bore tube (5) fitted with a connector (7) is connected to the proximal end of the gas passage.
