摘要: There is disclosed a method of manufacturing a stator for a dynamoelectric machine. The method includes a step of mounting a hollow cylindrical electric wire assembly, which includes a plurality of straight stacked portions of shaped electric wires, to a hollow cylindrical stator core that includes a plurality of slots formed in the radially inner surface thereof. The mounting step includes: (1) placing the electric wire assembly radially inside of the stator core so that each of the straight stacked portions of the electric wire assembly is radially aligned with a corresponding one of the slots of the stator core; and (2) radially expanding the electric wire assembly to insert the straight stacked portions of the electric wire assembly into the corresponding slots of the stator core.

摘要: A driving force transmitting devices is able to engage a main clutch with a small amount of hydraulic pressure. The driving force transmitting device includes an input shaft and an output shaft, and a main clutch. The device is formed of a primary clutch that intermittently transmits the driving force transmitted from the input shaft, a hydraulic pump that generates a hydraulic pressure, a piston that presses the primary clutch by the hydraulic pressure by the hydraulic pump, and a cam mechanism that presses the main clutch with a press-contact force amplified more than the press-contact force of the piston by utilizing the driving force from the input shaft through the primary clutch, so as to engage the main clutch.

摘要: A fuel cell system includes a fuel cell including at least one unit cell having an anode, an anode-side flow channel for supplying a fuel to the anode, a cathode, and a cathode-side flow channel for supplying an oxidant to the cathode. The fuel cell system further includes a gas-liquid separator for catalytically purifying the effluent from the anode and the effluent from the cathode to collect liquid. The gas-liquid separator is connected to an anode-side discharge path for the effluent and a cathode-side discharge path for the effluent, which are in fluid communication with a fuel outlet of the anode-side flow channel and an oxidant outlet of the cathode-side flow channel, respectively.

摘要: The power supply apparatus of the present invention comprises a fuel cell, a secondary battery for supplying power to a load, a power measurement section for measuring the output power of the fuel cell, a power converter which inputs output of the fuel cell, controls the output power so that the input voltage or the input current approaches the operation target value, supplies the output power to the load and/or the secondary battery and conducts a power conversion, and a control section which controls quantity of fuel to be supplied to the fuel cell, and also indicates to the power converter of an operation target value that comes within predetermined range which includes the smallest quantity of fuel the fuel cell discharges, wherein the control section sequentially indicates a plurality of the target values for power measurement to the power converter, the power measurement section measures the output power of the fuel cell for each target value for power measurement, and the control section seeks the target value which gives the maximum power within a plurality of output powers, and updates the operation target value based on that value.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a yoke includes a step of cutting a steel plate into a rectangular sheet having a plurality of first dovetail convexities at one end thereof and a plurality of second dovetail convexities at the other end, a step of rolling the rectangular sheet into a cylinder to fit the first dove tails and the second dove tails to each other and a step of punching border portions of the first dove tails and the second dove tails. The second dovetail convexities are formed to be the same in shape as the first dovetail convexities so that they can fit to the first dovetail convexities. A smooth-faced yoke can be manufacture without using an expensive welder.

摘要: A constant travel speed control apparatus is for use in a vehicle and utilizes time delay control which is a kind of adaptive control for estimating an unknown term. A plurality of targeted paths, each having a certain waveform, for causing the actual speed of the vehicle to converge on a target speed are provided and an error vector is defined on the basis of the paths. The actual speed of the vehicle can be made to converge on the target speed thereof with a constant convergence performance along a target path in spite of the fluctuation of vehicle dynamic characteristics.
