    摘要: An optical wavelength conversion element includes a cesium-lithium-borate crystal processed into a 10-mm long optical element cut in an orientation that allows a fourth harmonic of a Nd:YAG laser to be generated. A transmittance (Ta) at 3589 cm−1 in an infrared transmission spectrum of the optical element is used as an index that indicates a content of water impurities in the crystal and is independent of a polarization direction. An actual measurement of the transmittance Ta is at least 1%, without taking into account loss at an optically polished surface of the crystal. A wavelength conversion device, a ultraviolet laser irradiation apparatus, a laser processing system, and a method of manufacturing an optical wavelength conversion element are also described.

    摘要: Focusing on the fact that antibody molecules with one H chain are not secreted when using the “knobs-into-holes” method, the present inventors revealed that desired bispecific antibodies can be preferentially formed by first expressing the H and L chains of one arm, and then suppressing their expression, followed by expressing the H and L chains of the other arm so that first desired HL molecules (HaLa and HbLb) are constructed, and then the H chains are paired with each other (H2L2). The present invention was thus completed.

    摘要: Animals were immunized with either the A or B chain of a receptor, and then mRNA was extracted from the spleen cells of the animals, and the variable regions of the L and H chains were isolated by RT-PCR using primers for variable regions comprising CDRs. Single-chain Fv was synthesized by assembly PCR to construct a phage library. Clones for antigen-bound antibodies were concentrated and cloned by panning. An expression vector for scFv-CH1-Fc was prepared by inserting a single-chain variable region between CH1-hinge-CH2-CH3 and the signal sequence for animal cells. Various combinations of such expression vectors were introduced into cells to express antibodies, and antibody clones exhibiting ligand-like activity were selected.
