    摘要: A speaker collective substrate with component insertion hole sections and electrode sections has a plurality of speaker forming areas. An electrical speaker section, which comprises a magnetic circuit section and a vibration section, is inserted into each of the component insertion hole sections. Then, a collective lid, in which a plurality of lids have been formed for sealing the electrical speaker sections, is attached onto the speaker collective substrate. After that, the speaker collective substrate and the collective lid are divided into individual speaker forming areas along partition lines extending in the directions of the X and Y axes to form individual dynamic speakers. Thus, it is possible to mass-produce dynamic speakers with uniform quality through a collectively manufacturing process.

    摘要: An electromagnetic exciter includes a magnetic circuit assembly having an outer yoke, a magnet, and an inner yoke. A voice coil is inserted into a magnetic gap formed in the magnetic circuit assembly. A casing having a cylindrical wall is disposed around the magnetic circuit assembly. A suspension is set between a cylindrical side wall of the outer yoke and the cylindrical wall of the casing to supportingly connect the magnetic circuit assembly to the cylindrical wall of the casing. A weight is secured to the outer side surface of the side wall of the outer yoke. The suspension has an outer ring, an inner ring, and a pair of arcuate arms. Each arm is connected to the outer ring at one end thereof and connected to the inner ring at the other end thereof The arms and/or portions of the weight that face the arms are sloped so that the weight will not contact the arms when the magnetic circuit assembly is vibrated.

    摘要: An output circuit of a semiconductor memory device is made up of a level recognition circuit which outputs a feedback signal by comparing an output node and a second reference voltage, and a P-channel MOS transistor and an N-channel MOS transistor which complimentary turn on and off in response to the feedback signal. As a result, when a charge of the output node is not sufficient, the output node is charged by setting a voltage of a power supply node to a power supply voltage Vcc. Then, when the output node is sufficiently charged, the N-channel MOS transistor turns on, and as a result the voltage of the power supply node is set to a first reference voltage. Accordingly, the output circuit of the semiconductor memory device achieve an increased operation speed and decreased voltage level amplitude at the output node.
