A chair-type upper body exercise assistance device may include: a chair comprising a buttocks support part which can support the buttocks of a user, a back support part which is connected to the buttocks support part and can support the back of the user, and a plurality of legs connected to the buttocks support part; a motor arranged inside the back support part; a first string one end of which is connected to the motor and the other end of which is provided on the outside of the back support part; a second string one end of which is connected to the motor, at a position spaced apart from the first string, and the other end of which is provided on the outside of the back support part; a first splitter which is arranged inside the back support part, is provided at a position spaced apart from the motor, and supports the first string; and a second splitter which is arranged inside the back support part, is provided at a position spaced apart from the motor, and supports the second string; a first elastic band connected to the first string; and a second elastic band connected to the second string.

Various embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a dryer that performs an ice removal operation. To this end, provided are: a drum configured to receive a drying item, at least one first sensor configured to detect a presence of the drying item in the drum, a pump chamber configured to store condensate, a drain pump configured to discharge the condensate from the pump chamber, and a controller configured to, when detecting the drying item in the drum based on a signal of the at least one first sensor, limit a number of forced drains of the drain pump to reduce a water level of the pump chamber.

A wearable module for supporting a part of a user's body for use with a motion assistance apparatus, may include: a cover which comprises a cover base capable of supporting a part of the user's body, a first guide formed at the cover base, and a second guide protruding from the cover base and provided in parallel to the first guide; and a fastening frame which comprises a fastening body, a pair of fastening protruding parts protruding from the fastening body, and a fastening rod connecting, directly or indirectly, the pair of fastening protruding parts and slidable between the first guide and the second guide. A holder for a wearable device such as an exercise assistance device where the holder may include: a main rod; a sliding rod capable of sliding with respect to the main rod; a gripper including a gripper base, which is connected to the sliding rod and can support an exercise assistance device, a gripper head, which is connected to the upper side of the gripper base and can face the rear surface of the exercise assistance device, and a gripper arm rotatably connected to the gripper head; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the gripper, wherein the gripper base rotates with respect to the sliding rod and tilts forward if the exercise assistance device is put on the gripper base, and the control unit can move the gripper arm so that at least a portion of the gripper arm can cover the front surface of the exercise assistance device.
