The present disclosure provides a method for supporting UE access control. A base station is informed by a ProSe Function via a MME or informed by the MME of information indicating whether a UE is authorized for a D2D service. The base station performs an access control to the UE according to the information indicating whether the UE is authorized for the D2D service. The present disclosure further provides a method in which a source base station informs a target base station of the information indicating whether the UE is authorized for a D2D service. The target base station performs an access control according to the information.

The present invention provides a method for obtaining a UE counting result. The method includes: if a UE receives a UE counting message and a service corresponding to a service identifier comprised in the UE counting message is a GCSE service transmitted via a MBMS carrier, establishing, by the UE, a RRC connection; sending a UE counting response via the RRC connection; or, sending, by the UE, a RRC establishing message, and configuring a reason of establishing the RRC as MBMS UE counting. The present invention also provides a method for obtaining a UE counting result, a method and apparatus for suspending data transmission. By using the present invention, when the UE needs to receive the GCSE service, the MCE may obtain a correct counting result and not make wrong decision no matter whether the UE is in the RRC connected mode or in the idle mode. Therefore, the UE does not need to establish the point-to-point channel, and interruption of the data transmission and unnecessary power consumption are avoided.

The present invention discloses a method for supporting ProSe configuration for a UE. In the method, a radio network node receives a ProSe configuration requirement transmitted from a UE, a ProSe function (ProSe Function), a source radio network node of the UE or a core network node to request ProSe configuration for the UE. The radio network node performs the ProSe configuration for the UE according to the ProSe configuration requirement.

Various examples provide a method for radio resources management. An MCE or a GCSE AS or a UE receives usage information of eMBMS radio resources, and adjusts radio resources in response to a determination that there is an overload state. The MCE may re-configure the eMBMS radio resources. Alternatively, the UE or the GCSE AS may establish a unicast channel for transporting a GCSE service which was transmitted on an overloaded eMBMS bearer, and release the eMBMS bearer. The technical mechanism can make effective use of radio interface resources and reduce data loss.

A method for allocating an aggregate maximum bit rate (AMBR) of a user equipment (UE) includes obtaining, by a master base station (MeNB), the AMBR of the UE (UE-AMBR), and obtaining, by the MeNB, information for allocating an AMBR of a secondary base station (SeNB), and allocating, the AMBR of the SeNB according to the information, wherein a sum of the AMBRs of the MeNB and the SeNB is not greater than the UE-AMBR. A method for coordinating aggregate bit rates of non-GBR services between base stations includes sending, by an SeNB, information for allocating an aggregate maximum bit rate (AMBR) of the SeNB to an MeNB, and receiving, by the SeNB, the AMBR allocated by the MeNB.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a UE access method, including: a UE receiving information of supported type(s) of respective cell of a base station broadcasted by the respective cell, wherein the information of the supported type(s) of the respective cell comprises UE type(s) supported by the respective cell; and the UE comparing the type of the UE and the UE type(s) supported by the respective cell, and selecting a cell supporting the type of the UE and transmit an RRC connection setup request message to the selected cell, wherein the RRC connection setup request comprises the type of the UE. The present disclosure further provides several other UE access methods and devices. According to the present disclosure, the method and device which can select different access network of different types for different types of users, the user requirement is met and the network utilization ratio is increased.

The present invention relates to the technical field of radio communications, and particularly to a method and apparatus for processing activation/deactivation of inter-eNodeB carrier aggregation. Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for processing activation/deactivation of inter-eNodeB carrier aggregation, comprising the steps of: receiving, by UE, an MAC CE for activation/deactivation of an SCell sent by a master eNodeB or a secondary eNodeB; determining, by the UE, the corresponding SCell; and performing, by the UE, activation/deactivation to the corresponding SCell according to the indication information in the MAC CE for activation/deactivation.

The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The present invention provides a method of a base station for supporting an inter-system handover from an evolved packet system (EPS) system to a 5th generation (5G) system. The method comprises receiving, from an access and mobility management function (AMF), a handover request message including E-UTRAN radio access bearer (E-RAB) information and quality of service (Qos) flow information, identifying whether a protocol data unit (PDU) session is accepted or not, determining whether a data forwarding for at least one Qos flow associated with the PDU session is accepted or not based on the E-RAB information and the Qos flow information in case that the PDU session is accepted and transmitting, to the AMF, a handover request acknowledgement message including information on the at least one Qos flow based on the determination. The method solves the data forwarding problem during the movement of a UE between an LTE system and a 5G system, so that the loss of data is avoided and the continuity of services is ensured.

The present invention provides a method for WLAN aggregation control, comprising: receiving, by a base station, WLAN information of a UE, said WLAN information of the UE comprises one or more of the following: user preference information, WLAN information of a WLAN node with which the UE is being associated, WLAN information of a WLAN node reselected by the UE, de-association information of the UE with a WLAN node, WLAN enabling information of the UE, and WLAN disabling information of the UE; and determining, by the base station, whether WLAN aggregation is to be established or deleted for the UE according to the received WLAN information of the UE. With the present application, WLAN aggregation can be reasonably controlled. Also, the present invention provides a method by a terminal, comprising: identifying a connection status with a node in a second network, setting status information associated with the node based on the connection status, and transmitting, to a base station in a first network, a report message including the status information.
