摘要: The present invention provides a method for preparing an ink-jet recording sheet including a support and a colorant receiving layer disposed on the surface of the support, and an ink-jet recording sheet prepared by the method. The method including: coating a coating solution including inorganic fine particles, a water-soluble resin and a boron compound on the surface of the support to form a coated layer; and cross-linking and hardening the coated layer to form a colorant receiving layer. The cross-linking and hardening is performed by applying a solution containing a metal compound and having a pH of 8 or higher to the coated layer or a coated film at one of: (1) simultaneous as coating the coating solution; (2) during drying of the coated layer and before the coated layer shows a falling rate of drying; or (3) after the coated layer is dried to form the coated film.

摘要: The present invention provides a method of mounting a light emitting element, in which a light emission point can be positioned at high accuracy with respect to the mounting member. A semiconductor laser element is placed on a matching stage. Next, a position and an azimuth of a laser stripe of the semiconductor laser element is observed, and linear displacement in X and Y directions of the semiconductor laser element from a reference line and a reference point on the matching stage, and angular displacement in an azimuth (θ) within an X-Y plane are measured. In accordance with a measured result, a control signal is sent to a driving mechanism of the feeding collet to drive the feeding collet, and the position of the semiconductor laser element is adjusted on the matching stage. After the adjustment, the semiconductor laser element is fed to and placed on a mounting surface of a heat sink H.

摘要: Continuous photography can be realized even in the case where time necessary for image information reading becomes long at the time of photography of faint light by a photography system. A photography unit has two imaging devices for outputting image information by photography of a subject, and a photography control apparatus controls the imaging devices so that reading of the image information can be started from one of the imaging devices having finished photography of the subject while photography of the subject is started by the other imaging device at the same time.

摘要: A technology realizing decreases of capacitance between the adjoining floating gates and of the threshold voltage shift caused by interference between the adjoining memory cells in a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device with the advances of miniaturization in the period following the 90 nm generation. By having the floating gate 3 of a memory cell with an inverse T-shape and the dimension of a part of the floating gate through the control gate 4 and the second insulator film 8 being smaller than the bottom part of the floating gate, the effects of a threshold voltage shift is reduced maintaining the adequate area of the gap between the floating gate 3 and the control gate 4, decreasing the opposing area of the gap of the floating gates 3 underneath the adjoining word lines WL, maintaining the capacity coupling ratio between the floating gate 3 and the control gate, and reducing the opposing area of the gap of the adjoining floating gates 3.

摘要: A work vehicle includes a traveling vehicle body and a hood provided at a front portion of the vehicle body for covering an engine room. The hood includes a front face having a plurality of first air vent holes and right and left side faces each having a plurality of second air vent holes. A radiator is mounted inside the hood, ambient air being drawn in through the first and second air vent holes toward the radiator. A vent hole area ratio of each side face of the hood determined by the second air vent holes is set smaller than a vent hole area ratio of the front face of the hood determined by the first air vent holes.
