    摘要: Despreading means 10 despreads a pilot signal included in a first received signal 1. Strength determination means 15 determines the strength of the despread pilot signal. Integration control means 16 determines the integration interval used by integration means 13, from the strength of the received pilot signal. The differences in strength detected by strength difference detection means 12 are added together by the integration means 13 over the period of time decided by the integration control means 16. The integration interval used by the integration means 13 is made changeable according to the receiving environment. Accordingly, when there is the superior receiving environment, there is reduced the load imposed on the integration means 13 when the integration means 13 performs the processing operations. Therefore, there can be realized a superior CDMA receiver phase tracking system which dissipates a fewer amount of electric power.

    摘要: The present invention provides a thin-film capacitor which can easily meet requirements of reduction in size, thickness, and weight and which can perform temperature compensation. In addition to the features described above, the present invention provides a thin-film capacitor having a superior Q factor in a high frequency band. The thin-film capacitor of the present invention has at least one first dielectric thin-film and at least one second dielectric thin-film having a dielectric constant different from that of the first dielectric thin-film, wherein these thin-films are provided between a pair of electrodes. In addition, in the present invention, the absolute value of the temperature coefficient of capacitance of the first dielectric thin-film is 50 ppm/° C. or less, and the temperature coefficient of capacitance of the second dielectric thin-film is a negative value and has an absolute value of 500 ppm/° C. or more.

    摘要: An instruction code is stored to an instruction ROM in advance and the instruction ROM outputs an instruction code signal corresponding to an address signal. A program counter sequentially outputs and stores the address signal in synchronization with a clock signal. An instruction register temporarily stores and outputs the instruction code signal in synchronization with the clock signal. A check code generating circuit generates a check code signal every cycle of the clock signal in accordance with a signal outputted of the instruction register and the address signal. Thereafter, a comparator detects an error in operation of the instruction ROM by comparing the check code signal and a check data signal corresponding to the instruction code and its address value.

    摘要: A homogeneous electro rheological fluid is provided. The fluid comprises a lyotropic liquid crystalline polymer dissolved in a solvent in low concentrations in a manner in which the fluid does not exhibit a liquid crystalline state. According to the homogeneous electro rheological fluid of the present invention, the problem associated with the precipitation of particles can be circumvented. Moreover, the electro rheological fluid can provide a large difference in torque before and after the application of an electric field; therefore, exhibits good electro rheological properties.
