摘要: A photocurrent amplifier circuit is capable of selectively amplifying one or more of photocurrents which are respectively obtainable from plural receiving devices, and can be realized to have a small size. The photocurrent amplifier circuit includes: light receiving devices; amplifier devices associated with the light receiving devices; device selector switches which apply input voltages, which inactivate the amplifier devices, to the associated amplifier devices; and a differential amplifier circuit having an inverting input unit configured by the amplifier devices which are connected in parallel. The inputs of the amplifier devices and the output of the differential amplifier circuit are connected by gain resistances. The differential amplifier circuit amplifies, into voltage signals, photocurrents flowing from the light receiving devices which respectively associated with the gain resistances.

摘要: An electronic document management system includes an electronic document management unit that manages a correlation between address information that is printed on a surface of a medium to specify a position of the surface of the medium and an electronic document printed on the medium, and an accumulating unit that accumulates correction information describing a difference between a position of the electronic document on a document image and a position on the medium by a code image describing the address information printed on the surface of the medium together with the electronic document, in connection with the medium. The electronic document management unit inputs reading information of the code image, and corrects position information obtained from the reading information based on the accumulated correction information so that a position of the electronic document on the document image matches with a position on the medium by the code image.

摘要: An amplifier unit is provided, with which the need for manufacturing a photoelectric conversion IC in Bi-CMOS process is eliminated, and relatively low process cost of the photoelectric conversion IC is achieved. The input section of a buffer (the base of a transistor Q5) is connected with a plurality of patterns of phase compensation circuits each including a resistor and a capacitor connected in series. A bipolar transistor (Q6) is interposed between a positive power supply line and a capacitor (C2) forming a capacitance of the phase compensation circuit. By switching on/off the bipolar transistor (Q6), the capacitance value and resistance value of the phase compensation circuit are switched. Since the bipolar transistor (Q6) is interposed between the capacitor (C2) and the positive power supply line, base current (Isw) acting as a switch signal does not affect the amplifier unit.

摘要: An improved electroluminescent indicator hand which is capable of emitting light from its entire surface area consists of an annular support member mounted on the hand shaft of a timepiece, an electroluminescent indicator hand secured on the support member, and a metal contact for supplying a drive signal to the electroluminescent indicator hand. The electroluminescent indicator hand is formed by sequentially laminating a transparent electrode layer, a luminescent layer, an insulating layer and a rear electrode layer on the rear surface of a light transmissive substrate, which has sufficient rigidity, and has at one end an annular section overlapping the support member. The metal contact has plural conductors resiliently contacting the transparent electrode layer and the rear electrode layer of the electroluminescent hand, and is welded to the support member so as to secure the electroluminescent member therebetween. Since a hand frame is not necessary, the cost of individual components and the assembly thereof is substantially reduced. In addition, it is possible to make the hand thinner than a conventional indicator hand. A desirable three-dimensional visual effect can be also achieved.

摘要: To provide a system that can accommodate a greater number of terminals within a limited band and can obtain a higher transmission rate. While the number of frequency signals (spectrums) output in parallel by performing a spread spectrum from the DFT unit of each terminal is 12, the number of sub-carriers constituting one sub-channel is set at 10 or 11. In this case, the users (users A and G) allocated to the sub-channels at both ends of the band will not perform transmission of one frequency signal at the end (one sub-carrier) of all the frequency signals output from the DFT unit, whereas the users (users B to F) allocated to the other sub-channels will not perform transmission of the frequency signals at the ends (two sub-carriers). This transmission can be realized by deleting (clipping) the associated number of signals from both ends or from one end of the frequency signals output from the DFT unit of each terminal and allocating the frequency signals after clipping, to individual sub-channels.

摘要: A wireless communication system includes: a multiple number of mobile station apparatuses that transmit code bits obtained by applying error-correction coding to information bits; a relay station apparatus that receives code bits from the multiple mobile station apparatuses, applies network coding on the code bits and transmits the network-code bits; and a base station apparatus that receives and decodes the code bits and the network-code bits, wherein the base station apparatus, when decoding the received code bits, performs iteration decoding by regarding the received code bits as a serially concatenated code of network coding and error correction coding. Accordingly, decoding is performed by regarding the network code and the error correction code as a serial concatenated code, it is possible to obtain diversity with a simple configuration.
