    摘要： A DRAM cell configuration is described in which a memory cell in each case has a storage capacitor and a read-out transistor. For connecting to the read-out transistor, a buried strap contact is produced by outdiffusion of dopants from the electrode of the storage capacitor. The buried strap contact is superposed by the implantations of the source/drain region of the read-out transistor, so that the implantations of the source/drain region form the boundary of the space charge zone of a p/n junction of the memory cell.

    摘要： An apparatus and a method for measuring a property of a blood sample is shown. The apparatus comprises of a housing having an aperture; a shaft mounted inside the housing; a testing member rotatably mounted on the shaft; an actuating member coupled to the housing and configured to exert a force against the testing member; and a lancet for eliciting a blood sample fixedly coupled to and protruding substantially radially from the testing member and configured to co-rotate with the testing member. The apparatus is further configured such that the lancet is aligned with the aperture in the housing when the testing member is in a first position. The testing member is configured, in the presence of a force exerted against the testing member by the actuator member, to translate to a second position in which the lancet is in a skin penetrating position.

    摘要： A shifting device for a gearbox which has at least one sliding sleeve that is placed on a transmission shaft in a rotationally fixed and axially movable manner. One idler gear, which is rotationally supported on the transmission shaft, is located at on one side adjacent the sleeve. The sliding sleeve can be axially moved, by an actuating element, from a neutral position into a shifting position toward the idler gear, and upon reaching the shifting position, couples the idler gear with the transmission shaft. The associated actuating elements are arranged in a stationary manner and, upon actuation, engage with at least one shifting groove, provided on an outside diameter of the at least one sliding sleeve and has a curve-shaped path, in the axial direction, so that rotation of the transmission shaft axially shifts the sliding sleeve according to the further path of the shifting groove.
