摘要： A microbubble cleaning system includes a tank in which a solution into which a product is immersed to clean the product is stored; supplying means for putting microbubbles into the solution and supplying the solution that includes the microbubbles into the tank; oil separating apparatus that collects bubbles that have risen to a surface of the solution stored in the tank as a result of cleaning the product, as well as a portion of the solution that is near the surface of the solution, in order to separate oil from the solution; generating means for generating a surface flow of the solution near the surface of the solution in order to remove the bubbles that have risen to the surface of the solution in the tank; and removing means for removing carbon dioxide from air that is used to generate the microbubbles by the supplying means.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a spark plug wherein a tip having a burr-free surface is more reliably welded to a ground electrode, to thereby realize an excellent joint strength. The spark plug includes a center electrode, a ground electrode, and a ground-electrode-side tip joined to the ground electrode through its joining surface. The method of manufacturing includes a tip forming step and a tip joining step of resistance-welding the ground-electrode-side tip to the ground electrode. A wire rod having a reference surface is formed, and the wire rod is cut by moving a cutting blade from one edge of the reference surface with respect to the width direction thereof toward the other edge of the reference surface with respect to the width direction, thereby obtaining the ground-electrode-side tip. At least a portion of the reference surface is joined to the ground electrode, whereby that portion becomes the joining surface.

摘要： A linear heater is formed of an enamel wire composed of a heating wire and an enamel layer. The heating wire is made of a copper alloy containing silver, for example. The enamel layer is made of polyester imide (PEI), polyimide (PI) or polyamide imide (PAI), for example. The enamel layer is coated with an insulating coating layer. The insulating coating layer is made of fluororesin such as perfluoroalkoxy mixture (PFA), polyimide (PI), or polyamide imide (PAI). The linear heater is bonded to the lower surface of an upper toilet seat casing such that it is sandwiched between a metal foil and a metal foil made of aluminum, for example.

In a case where the high intake pressure condition and a transition condition are established at a time of a shut-off instruction on shutting off the EGR valve, it is determined that a shut-off failure of the EGR valve has occurred if an actual measurement value of the air-fuel ratio of exhaust gas detected by a main air-fuel ratio sensor is a value that is leaner by an amount equal to or greater than a predetermined lean determination value relative to a target value of the air-fuel ratio of the exhaust gas.

摘要： A steering handlebar apparatus for a vehicle includes a rod-shaped steering handlebar having a hand grip at a distal end thereof, and also includes both a clutch lever and a hot start lever mounted thereon at a position proximal to the hand grip. A switch holder for holding various switches is mounted to the steering handlebar at a position proximal to the hand grip. The hot start lever is journaled on the lower surface of the switch holder so that the user can operate the hot start lever with the thumb of the hand which is holding the hand grip, and can simultaneously turn off the clutch lever with other fingers of the same hand. The inventive arrangement provides a steering handlebar apparatus for a vehicle which facilitates simultaneous operation of a handle lever and a hot start lever using the hand which is holding a hand grip of a steering handlebar.
