    摘要： Provided is high corrosion resistant equipment for a plant having the lining structure which exhibits high reliability against breaking of a joining portion over a long use period. The high corrosion resistant equipment for a plant includes a lining plate and a support portion which are made of a high corrosion resistance material and a structural material portion made of a steel material or the like. The lining plate and the support portion include a joining portion to which friction stirring is applied. The support portion is assembled into or fastened to the structural material portion by means of the geometrical structure with a gap interposed between the support portion and the structural material portion. Due to such a constitution, high corrosion resistant equipment for a plant having the lining which exhibits high reliability can be acquired.

    摘要： The present invention provides a cell-specific expression/replication vector, and a method of treatment comprising introducing a cell-specific expression/replication vector into specific cells such as malignant tumors in order to selectively disrupt the specific cells. A vector according to the invention is constructed by: obtaining a transcriptional initiation regulatory region of human calponin gene that is specifically expressed in smooth muscle cell; linking the above region upstream to a replication-related gene of a virus such as ICP4 and the like; linking DNA that encodes a protein such as suppressive factor for tumor angiogenesis or apoptosis-related factors and the like via IRES to the replication-related gene of the virus; and integrating a thymidine kinase gene in an intact state into the viral DNA.

    摘要： A method of an apparatus for joining plastic fastener strip continuously to a film. The film of substantial width is run continuously longitudinally through a joining station. A selected longitudinal area of the film is maintained in a stable tensioned condition relative to the remainder of the film as it runs through the joining station. In the joining station, there is joined and secured to the tensioned area a fastener strip running in the same direction and at the same speed as the film. The selected area tensioning is effected by maintaining such area offset relative to the remainder of the film. Downstream from the joining station the film and fastener strip assembly is progressively conditioned until thoroughly stabilized.

    摘要： For producing a plastic film having a plastic fastener, with male and female interlockable profiles, and accessory strips, such as ribs and strips, in preparation of a reclosable plastic bag, there is provided a first forming die which extrudes the accessory strips, a separate second forming die which extrudes the fastener, a pair of nip rolls for press-bonding the accessory strips onto the surface of the film being fed in the vicinity of the first forming die, and a bonding roll for receiving the film with press-bonded accessory strips and the fastener from the second forming die placed onto the film surface such that the fastener is bonded to the surface of the film at the bonding roll by virtue of heat.

    摘要： The present invention provides a cell-specific replication-competent vector system, which does not target normal cells. The vector system is constructed by linking a transcriptional initiation regulatory promoter region upstream of a viral replication-related gene that integrates the linked region into a viral DNA vector. The constructed vector, when introduced into malignant tumor cells, selectively injures only tumor cells or proliferating smooth muscle cells of tumor neovascular tissue due to the selective expression of the regulatory promoter region upstream of a viral replication-related gene. In particular, the present invention relates to a transcriptional initiation regulatory region of the human calponin gene that can selectively express in tumor cells or proliferating smooth muscle cells of tumor neovascular tissue. The present invention also relates to methods of constructing the cell-specific replication-competent vector system and to treatment methods using the vector system by introducing the vector system into particular living tissues or cells such as malignant tumors and the like.
