摘要： An integrated circuit includes: a signal processor, which receives an input signal and generates a processed signal, representing processing information obtained by subjecting the input signal to predetermined processing, and at least one type of internal signal including internal information obtained during the processing; at least one memory storing the processing information; an interface exchanges signals with an external device; and a controller controlling the signal processor, memory and interface. On receiving a first instruction from the external device through the interface, the controller controls the signal processor and memory such that the processing information is once stored in the memory and then output to the external device via the interface. In response to a second instruction, the controller controls the signal processor and memory such that the internal information is once stored in the memory and then output to the external device via the interface.

The apparatus includes a determining unit that estimates a power of each of signal channels in a wavelength band for use based on values monitored by the photodetectors, and determines the pumping light powers using the power of each of the signal channels estimated. The determining unit estimates the power of each of the signal channels by performing an interpolation of the values monitored by the photodetectors.

摘要： There is disclosed a defect inspection apparatus, wherein a light source projects a linear light onto a transparent film to inspect, so that a light receiver receives light beams transmitted through the film. The light receiver is placed to look down the film, with its optical axis inclined by a cross angle θ1 to a normal line that is perpendicular to the film surface, and the cross angle θ1 is set in a range from 30° to 50°. The optical axis of the light receiver is also turned about the normal line by a rotational angle θ2 to a transport direction (S) of the film. The rotational angle θ2 is set in a range from minus 60° to plus 60°, on the assumption that the transport direction is zero degree.

摘要： A clip which is easily removed from an object to be fixed is provided. The clip includes: two parts including a first member 1 and a second member 2, the first member having a head portion 4 and a shaft portion 5, and the second member having a flange portion 11 and a leg portion 12, wherein an opening 13 is formed in the flange portion of the second member, and the leg portion of the second member is split into two split leg portions 16 to form a gap 17, which communicates with the opening and into which the shaft portion of the first member is inserted between the split leg portions 16, and wherein elastic blades 18 projecting radially are provided in multiple stages along a vertical direction on outer peripheral surfaces of the split leg portions. Consequently, if the shaft portion of the first member is pulled out from the gap between the split leg portions of the second member, the shaft portion of the first member ceases to be present in the gap formed between the split leg portions of the second member. Therefore, if the first member together with the second member is subsequently removed from the object to be fixed while the head portion of the first member is being gripped, the split leg portions are greatly deflected inwardly by making use of the gap, so that it becomes possible to easily remove the clip itself.
