    摘要: A mobile telephone is connected to a camera, and their respective power supplies are turned on. A telephone number of the local station is read out and recorded in a flash ROM as registration number data. Moreover, the registration number data is input with image data. As the registration number data is the telephone number of the local station input from the mobile telephone, the image data may be secured without the complex encryption processing of conventional examples. That is, a sense of security may be obtained because forgetting the specific registration number is unlikely when the telephone number of the local station input from the mobile telephone is used as the specific registration number data. Accordingly, the collation procedure becomes easier when the image data is obtained or an order for photo prints is made, and access to the image data may be easily restricted since the image data can be secured without complex encryption processing.

When a power switch is turned off during data transmission, a transition is made to a transmission-during-power-off mode that continues data transmission. The transition to the transmission-during-power-off mode is performed when an inquiry is made on a screen as to whether transmission will be performed and “continue” is subsequently selected. In this mode, even when the mobile device with the power switch being turned off is carried around, data transmission is continued and data is recorded into a storage section of a home personal computer.

The color display unit simultaneously displays the original image, the adjusted image, and color information for both the original image and adjusted image. A color adjustment matrix is created by the color adjusting unit based upon color directions inputted to the color display unit with respect to the color information of the original color image. The color adjustment matrix is used to directly adjust the original image without converting the image to a second color space.

    摘要: In a color scanning system for producing color signals for an original scanned by an array of picture elements made up of multiple detectors with color filters, color distortion at boundaries between regions of different colors is reduced by means of signal processing. Differences in a brightness signal between adjacent picture elements are used to determine whether signals attributed to a detector of a given picture element will be signals detected on that detector or on a respective detector of an adjacent picture element, or a signal interpolated between signals from that detector and respective detectors of adjacent picture elements or between the respective detectors and a reference point. In a another embodiment, detectors in a row on picture elements are arranged in first and second rows. Each of the first and second rows has a charge coupled device (CCD) for storing color signals produced by the detectors in each row and for shifting the stored signals out. An intermediate storage device is interposed between the first row of detectors and the CCD. The intermediate device stores signals from the first row until the CCD of the second row samples signals. Thus, data in the CCDs of both rows are shifted out simultaneously.

There is also provided a process for the production of the proteinaceous biological response modifier comprising culturing human leukemia cells in a differentiation medium in the presence of a substance capable of inducing the human leukemia cells to differentiate into macrophage-like cells; separating the macrophage-like cells from the culture medium; activating the macrophage-like cells in a production medium by a mitogen to enhance the production of the proteinaceous biological response modifier; and isolating the proteinaceous biological response modifier from the production medium.The biological response modifier has anti-tumor activity.
