    摘要: The unstacker device (1) for unstacking flat articles comprises: a magazine (3) in which the articles (2) to be unstacked are disposed on edge in a stack against a jogging edge (5) and facing an unstacking plate (4) arranged to separate a first article (2A) and to drive it in a certain unstacking direction (A) that is perpendicular to the jogging edge (5); a conveyor (7) for conveying the unstacked articles, the conveyor having an inlet (7A) downstream from the jogging edge (5); and retaining means (8) disposed between the jogging edge (5) and the inlet of the conveyor (7A) and actuated to exert a retaining force on an article (2A, 2B), which retaining force opposes movement of the article.     摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for checking print products of the same kind, more particularly printed sheets of paper of the same kind, which are transported by a conveying device. For this purpose, during a teach-in phase, test images are recorded at a plurality of points on the print product by means of a digital camera. The test images recorded, or parts thereof, are analyzed with respect to their characteristic information, and the test image having the most distinct characteristic information is selected as the reference image. For the purpose of checking print products of the same kind, the subsequent print products of the same kind are checked by recording at least one image at a position corresponding to the reference image and by comparing it with the image data of the reference image. Such checking is carried out by means of a device comprising a digital camera for recording test images of the print product, an illuminating device for illuminating the print product, an input for supplying a position signal, and a control and evaluation unit for controlling the digital camera and the illuminating device and for analyzing image data produced by the digital camera. The invention further relates to a computer program and to a computer program product.

    摘要: According to aspects illustrated herein, there is provided a method and system for measuring and controlling an angular orientation of a printed sheet along a feed path of a print making device, the printed sheet being a sheet of paper with a paper edge moving along the feed path and an image printed thereon. The method includes the following steps. First, moving the printed sheet past at least one pair of optical sensors to determine a first skew of the paper edge with respect to a first fixed reference and a second skew of the image with respect to a second fixed reference. Then, combining the first skew and the second skew to determine the total skew between the paper edge and the image. Finally, correcting the total skew for subsequent sheets using the first skew and the second skew information. Similar steps can be taken to determine the lateral positioning errors which can then be corrected.
