摘要： A method, a device and a computer-readable storage medium with instructions for identifying an exit side of a motor vehicle. In a first step, the existence of an exit situation is detected. If an exit situation exists, an exit side of the motor vehicle is ascertained. Finally, the opening of a door is simulated on the ascertained exit side. For example, a brightness can be increased on the ascertained exit side, outside sounds can be reproduced, or an air stream can be generated.

摘要： A smart functional vehicle component includes a vehicle component, a leather sheet fixed over a surface of the vehicle component, a flexible electronic circuit contacting an A-surface of the leather sheet and including a printed and cured conductive ink, a light source that emits light when electrical power is supplied to the light source, the light source being electrically connected to the circuit, and a pigmented coating arranged over the electronic circuit and over the light source. The pigmented coating inhibits or prevents the circuit and the light source form being visible through the pigmented coating. Light emitted by the light source is visible through the pigmented coating. Light emitted by the light source provides visual indicators that convey information to a vehicle occupant.

In one implementation, a device implanted in an animal is activated when the device is within a predetermined distance of a vehicle. The vehicle receives a signal from the device and determines an approximate distance between the device and the vehicle. The rollover detection system can provide a driver of a vehicle, information that informs the driver of the risk and imminence of a rollover and allows the driver to take corrective action to reduce the risk or imminence of a rollover. The rollover detection system can also allow for the review of information collected by a device by a driver or other individual during and after a risk of a rollover is detected.
