    摘要: A rail fastening arrangement in which a rail for a rail vehicle is fastened to a base, and to a shim. The rail fastening arrangement includes two guide plates, of which one guide plate respectively is associated with one of the longitudinal sides of the rail, and a shim which is arranged between the base and the rail. The shim, at its top, has a contact area on which the rail is supported, and, at its bottom, has a supporting surface by way of which the shim is supported on the base. The contact area and the supporting surface of the shim, viewed in a section located transversely to the longitudinal extension of the rail, enclose an acute angle. The edge at which the shim is thinner is arranged beneath the rail, fastening of rails oriented at a cant relative to the vertical in the region of points.

    摘要: A system for fastening a rail on a subsurface, includes a support plate having a contact surface, and at least one guide plate that is seated on said support plate and has a passage opening for a clamping element, which leads from the free top side thereof to the bottom side thereof. The clamping element is guided through the passage opening and is fixedly connected to the subsurface. A latching connection between the support plate and the guide plate is formed in the region of the passage opening by at least one latch arm. The latch arm engages through said passage opening and has a latch projection which interacts in an interlocking manner with a stop formed on said guide plate. A recess is molded into the circumferential surface delimiting said passage opening of said guide plate, in which recess the respectively associated latch arm is seated.

    摘要: A base plate includes a lateral support section and a lateral contact surface which delimits a supporting area formed on a top side of the base plate for a foot of a rail. A through-hole leading from the top side to the underside of the support section is formed into an edge area of the support section abutting the lateral contact surface. The through-hole has a basic shape which is angular in cross-section. The surface of the edge area meets with the contact surface in an upper marginal edge. A lateral surface of the through-hole assigned to the contact surface at least over a partial area of its height changes into an inclined surface which rises in the direction of the upper marginal edge of the contact surface and ends at the surface of the edge area.

    摘要: A support plate, particularly a ribbed plate for fastening rails of railroad tracks and track switches on wooden sleepers. The support plate is connected in the vicinity of its ends, in each instance, with the wooden sleeper by means of screws or the like which engage in the through-holes, whereas the rail flange is supported in each instance in the area of the plate between the fastening points on the sleeper side. On the underside of the plate, shoulders are provided or constructed only in the area of the through-holes for the fastening screws, which shoulders project out of the plane of the plate and have a thickness of approximately 1 mm to 2 mm. As a result of the cooperation between the shoulders and the fastening screws, the support plate has a convex curvature, so that its underside comes in supporting contact with the upper surface of the wooden sleeper.

    摘要: A railroad plate and connectable shim are disclosed for fastening railroad tracks over ground having a flat or raised topography in an economically feasible manner. The instant system provides a base plate with a sloping grooved channel for reception of the lower flange of a rail to be held in place in combination with a trapezoidal shim to insure the proper cant of the rail over the various topographical areas of the country. The instant base plate, trapezoidal shim, rail and railroad tie are all fastened via a set of screws which are angled or toed-in towards the center of gravity of the rail. Stepped washers, each possessing a thickened portion, are provided between the bottom of the screw head and the upper shoulder surface of the lower flanges, both inside and outside the central vertical portion of the rail. The washers are omitted in securing back assemblies to the ties where joints are formed between the ends of adjacent rails. When a train wheel engages the crown portion of a straight or flat trackway, where trapezoidal shims are not used, the rail angulates vertically about 3.degree.. On curved trackways however, the trapezoidal shims are included in the rail assembly and the total vertical inclination of the rail is 6.degree.. Thus the train load is substantially balanced between the opposing track rails which prevents shelling and uneven wear of the train wheels and the crown surfaces of the rails contributing to increased longevity for both rails and wheels.
