摘要: A fuel injector includes control valve for controlling fuel pressure in a control chamber. The control valve includes a valve seat; and a valve member having a valve face for cooperating with the valve seat to control fuel pressure in the control chamber. A return line is provided for returning fuel from the control chamber. An armature connected to the valve member and an actuator is provided for actuating the armature. The armature is disposed in an armature chamber. A deflector is provided in the armature chamber to form a first sub-chamber and a second sub-chamber. The first and second sub-chambers are in fluid communication with each other via a first aperture. A pressure differential is established between the first and second sub-chambers when the valve face lifts from the valve seat promoting the flow of fuel from the second sub-chamber into the first sub-chamber through the first aperture.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an injection valve comprising an injector body, a needle body, a control space, a control valve, and a piezoelectric actuator. The injector body has a recess and a fluid inflow and a fluid outflow. The needle body is arranged axially movably in the recess of the injector body and suppresses a fluid flow through an injection opening of the injector body in a closed position of the needle body and otherwise releases it. The control space is disposed in the recess between the fluid inflow and the fluid outflow. The control valve may be arranged in the control space to suppress a fluid flow between the control space and the fluid outflow in a closed position of the valve body and to otherwise release it. The piezoelectric actuator may be coupled mechanically to the control valve via a first transmitter for opening the control valve.

The valve includes a spring-loaded closing element and a closing body that radially holds the closing element in place, and that has a concave receiving portion configured to at least partially receive the closing element. The receiving portion has a radially outer first area with a first opening angle, and a radially inner second area with a second opening angle larger than the first opening angle. The first area and the second area are located outside of a contact region between the closing element and the closing body.

摘要: Various embodiments include a method for controlling a pressure dissipation valve comprising a closure element, a spring applying a spring force urging the closure element toward the closed position, and an electromagnetic actuator responding to an applied voltage to urge the closure element to an open position. The method may include: applying a constant voltage until the closure element begins motion counter to the spring force; immediately ending the voltage upon the beginning of motion; thereafter, applying a pulsed voltage to the actuator to induce a substantially constant holding-open current intensity; maintaining the pulsed voltage for a predetermined duration to hold the closure element open; and interrupting the application of voltage after the predetermined duration, wherein the closure element moves into the closed position as a result of the spring force.

摘要: In a high-pressure pump, a relief valve main body has a rod shape. A relief valve seat portion is integrated with an end of a relief valve main body so as to be capable of contacting a relief valve seat. The relief valve main body is inserted into a guide hole portion of a support portion. The guide hole portion slidably supports an outer wall of the relief valve main body so as to guide a reciprocating movement of the relief valve main body in the axial direction. A fuel guide portion is provided at an end portion of the relief valve main body facing the pressurizing chamber and can guide a flow of the fuel in a direction radially outward of the relief valve main body on the way from the pressurizing chamber toward the valve seat portion.

An electronic control unit is connected to the at least one pressure booster and the two or more electronically controlled fuel valves. The electronic control unit is configured to determine a start time for a fuel injection event, activate the at least one pressure booster ahead of the determined start time and pen the two or more electronically controlled fuel valves at the determined start time.

摘要: A pressure reducing valve control apparatus is provided for a fuel supply system having a common rail and a pressure reducing valve to control rail pressure in the common rail by controlling a current supply state of the pressure reducing valve. The pressure reducing valve operates to open a valve body for discharging fuel from the common rail against a biasing force applied in a valve-closing direction by fuel-generated valve-opening force biasing the valve body in a valve-opening direction by the rail pressure and an electromagnetic force generated by current supply to an electromagnetic coil. The ECU starts to open the valve body during a period of holding a hold value by holding current supplied to the electromagnetic coil at a predetermined hold value after starting current supply to the electromagnetic coil. The ECU sets the hold value to increase as the rail pressure decreases.

摘要: A solenoid assembly includes a solenoid actuator having a core. A coil is configured to be wound at least partially around the core such that a magnetic flux (ϕ) is generated when an electric current flows through the coil. An armature is configured to be movable based on the magnetic flux (ϕ). A controller has a processor and tangible, non-transitory memory on which is recorded instructions for controlling the solenoid assembly. The controller is configured to obtain a plurality of model matrices, a coil current (i1) and an eddy current (i2). The magnetic flux (ϕ) is obtained based at least partially on a third model matrix (C0), the coil current (i1) and the eddy current (i2). Operation of the solenoid actuator is controlled based at least partially on the magnetic flux (ϕ). In one example, the solenoid actuator is an injector.

摘要: A high-pressure fuel pump includes a pressurizing chamber for pressurizing fuel, an outlet valve for discharging the fuel pressurized in the pressurizing chamber to an outlet passage, a relief passage for connecting the outlet passage located downstream of the outlet valve and the pressurizing chamber with each other while bypassing the outlet valve. A relief valve device is provided in the relief passage and adapted to open when an internal pressure of the outlet passage becomes higher than that of the pressurizing chamber, thereby providing communication between the outlet passage and the pressurizing chamber. The relief valve includes a relief spring mechanism for pressing a relief valve to a relief valve seat. At least the relief spring mechanism among members of the relief valve device is provided outside the pressurizing chamber in the pump body.
