    摘要: A medical needle device includes a hub having an injection needle fixed at a top end thereof, and a substantially cylindrical sheath which is fit on the hub and having a pair of wings mounted on both sides thereof. The pair of wings are bent along the both sides of the sheath, overlapped and held together at a time of puncturing so that an inner peripheral surface of the sheath strongly presses an outer peripheral surface of the hub, thereby preventing movement of the hub caused by transfer of the hub relative to the sheath both in a rotational direction and a longitudinal direction. sheath has a plurality of protrusions provided on the inner peripheral surface thereof in a circumferential direction, the protrusions being spaced out from each other; and the outer peripheral surface of the hub abuts the protrusions.

The weight measuring apparatus (10) measures a weight of fluids and includes the followings. A first arm (110) has a first fitting (111) to fit a supply fluid container (20). A second arm (120) is connected to the first arm (110) and has a second fitting (121) to fit a filtrate container (30). A third arm (130) is connected to the second arm (120). A first measuring device (220) measures, as a first total weight, a total weight of the supply fluid container (20) and the filtrate container (30) based on a change of the second arm (120). A second measuring device (230) measures, as a second total weight, the total weight based on a change of the third arm (130). An alarm (300) alarms, when the first and second total weights have different values having a difference equal to or greater than a predetermined value.

    摘要: A medical container (1) includes a bag-like container body (10) made up of two flexible sheets (12a, 12b). At least one of a pair of long-side sealed areas (11La, 11Lb) formed by the two sheets being bonded together is provided with a sealed protruding portion (20a, 21a, 20b, 21b) protruding toward the other long-side sealed area such that the spacing between the pair of long-side sealed areas is locally narrowed. A crease (30a, 31a, 30b, 31b) passing through the sealed protruding portion is formed in the sheets when a liquid substance has been injected into the container body in a volume greater than or equal to 10% of a defined volume of the container body and the medical container is hung. Accordingly, it is possible to know the exact amount of a liquid substance in the container by using a scale provided on the sheets constituting the container even if a crease is formed in the sheets due to the liquid substance being in the container.

    摘要: A peritoneal function testing apparatus tests the peritoneal function of a dialysis patient easily and with high accuracy. Standards of four kinetic parameters (CCr, Kt/V, MTACu, and MTACc) available in a definite dialysis guideline are computed in accordance with a relational expression, and a curve showing the relation between MTACu/c and the drained fluid volume is indicated in a graph together with the PET data of the patient which has been prepared separately. Thus, the peritoneal function can be evaluated based on the relative position of the patient's data and the curve showing the standard values in the graph.
