摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a bared optical fiber having a good end surface of a coating when the coating of the coated optical fiber is removed, and a device for manufacturing the same. To achieve the above object, according to the invention, a laser beam is applied to an coated optical to fuse the coating or work the coating in other manners, if a coating material has a lower melting point as compared with the material of the bared optical fiber to remove the coating, whereby a bared optical fiber is manufactured. In addition, a cyanogen gas generated when the coating of the coated optical fiber is fused or worked in other manners is decomposed by ozone, thereby being made harmless.

摘要: A rigid internal gear 2 of the wave gear device is composed by integrating a tooth-forming ring 12 formed with internal teeth, and a main gear ring 11 into a single body. The tooth-forming ring 12 is manufactured from a ferrous or copper material that has superior strength and abrasion resistance, while the main gear ring 11 is manufactured from a lightweight material, such as an aluminum alloy. The outer circumferential surface of the tooth-forming ring 12 is aluminized to form a dispersed aluminum coating 15, before the tooth-forming ring 12 is cast within the main gear ring 11 so as to integrate the main gear ring 11 and the tooth-forming ring 12. Both parts are reliably integrated so that a large amount of torque can be transmitted, whereby realizing a rigid internal gear that is lighter than conventional models.

摘要: A lightweight wave gear device has a similar engagement rigidity, tooth surface hardness, and abrasion resistance as when a ferrous material is used. A cup-shaped wave gear device 1 has a rigid internal gear 2 that is formed of a lightweight alloy, such as an aluminum alloy, and internal teeth 21 are formed with a height that is 1.1 to 1.3 times the height used for internal gears that are made of a ferrous material. A hard, electrolessly plated coating is also formed on the tooth surface 21a of the internal teeth 21. By doing so, a lightweight wave gear device can be obtained with a similar engagement rigidity, tooth surface strength, and abrasion resistance to a wave gear device that has a rigid internal gear formed of a ferrous material.

摘要: A motor controller improves reliability and enables stable and high-accuracy control by detecting a current value running through the motor detected by current detectors by preventing changes in ambient environment, particularly the influence of temperature variations. The arithmetic and control unit of the motor controller has a storage unit for storing current detection characteristic compensation data for compensating for fluctuations in the characteristics of the current detectors, a current value computing device for computing current values by correcting detection currents from the current detectors, and a device for computing and generating drive signals for controlling the switching of the power elements based on the computed current values.

摘要: A coating method which is characterized in that, when the surfaces of solid particles kept flowing are spray-coated with a thermally melted wax, a two-fluid nozzle adapted to mix a thermally melted wax with a heating gas in and eject the resultant mixture from one flow passage and eject a heating gas from the other flow passage is used, the two-fluid nozzle having spray ports of a diameter of 1.5 to 5.8 mm, and the two-fluid nozzle having no needle valve. According to this method, the use of an organic solvent for melting wax is omitted, and complicated operations for pulverizing a wax and for thermally melting the wax powder after it has been deposed on solid particles are not required. This method can also prevents clogging of the nozzle, powdering of the melted wax and forming of agglomerated solid, and permits simple and easy production of sustained release preparations and preparations for masking materials of unpleasant and bitter tastes.
