    摘要: Certain aspects pertain to ptychographic imaging systems and methods with convex relaxation. In some aspects, a ptychographic imaging system with convex relaxation comprises one or more electromagnetic radiation sources, a digital radiation intensity detector, and a processor in communication with the digital radiation detector. The electromagnetic radiation provides coherent radiation to a specimen while the digital radiation intensity detector receives light transferred from the sample by diffractive optics and captures intensity distributions for a sequence of low resolution images having diversity. The processor generates a convex problem based on the sequence of low resolution images and optimizes the convex problem to reconstruct a high-resolution image of the specimen. In certain aspects, the convex problem is relaxed into a low-rank formulation.

    摘要: A method for irradiating a scattering medium, including irradiating a scattering medium with radiation from a laser, to form scattered radiation having a scattered field; measuring a difference in the scattered field caused by motion of a moving target in or behind the scattering medium; forming a phase conjugate of the difference to form a phase conjugate field; and irradiating the scattering medium with the phase conjugate field formed using one or more radiation modulating elements. Thus we present that movement of objects can be used as a novel guide star in Digital Optical Phase Conjugation (DOPC). By time reversal of difference of scattering fields of a moving target, light can be focused through scattering media.

    摘要: A system, method, and apparatus provide the ability to reconstruct an image from an object. A hand-held image acquisition device is configured to acquire local image information from a physical object. A tracking system obtains displacement information for the hand-held acquisition device while the device is acquiring the local image information. An image reconstruction system computes the inverse of the displacement information and combines the inverse with the local image information to transform the local image information into a reconstructed local image information. A display device displays the reconstructed local image information.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for irradiating a scattering medium with increased resolution. The method includes transmitting EM radiation from an Electromagnetic (EM) radiation source to a target inside a scattering medium, wherein the target encodes the EM radiation with a variance structure to form encoded EM radiation; measuring, in a detector, transmitted EM radiation comprising at least a portion of the encoded EM radiation transmitted through and exiting the scattering medium; decoding the transmitted EM radiation, comprising EM fields, in a computer, comprising selecting one or more of the EM fields having the variance structure; and irradiating the scattering medium with time reversed EM radiation from a spatial light modulator (SLM), the time reversed EM radiation generated from time reversing the EM fields having the variance structure, thereby forming a focus of the time reversed EM radiation in the scattering medium with the increased resolution.

    摘要: A 3-D imaging system including a computer determining a plurality of coherence factors measuring an intensity contrast between a first intensity of a first region of an interference comprising constructive interference between a sample wavefront and a reference wavefront, and a second intensity of a second region of the interference comprising destructive interference between the sample wavefront and the reference wavefront, wherein the interference between a reference wavefront and a reflection from different locations on a surface of an object. From the coherence factors, the computer determines height data comprising heights of the surface with respect to an x-y plane perpendicular to the heights and as a function of the locations in the x-y plane. The height data is useful for generating a three dimensional topological image of the surface.
