摘要: A safe and efficient machining process design is realized by extracting the unmachined shape and by three-dimensionally visualizing the unmachined shape without generating a machining track. The present device 1 comprises a displacement unit 2 for displacing a machining tool on the surface of a three-dimensional product shape model at arbitrary positions without causing interference between the product shape model and the machining tool, a detection unit 3 for detecting a distance between the arbitrary position and the machining tool, and a preparation unit 4 for preparing the three-dimensional unmachined shape by using the minimum value of the distance obtained for each point on the surface of the shape model when the arbitrary point is moved.

摘要: The objective of the invention is to provide a type of semiconductor memory device equipped with an error correction circuit 200 characterized by the fact that it can perform correction of errors in stored data without increasing the circuit size and power consumption, and without decreasing operating speed. An error correction code EC corresponds to data stored in sub-memory 120 separate from main data stored in main memory 110. In read mode, the main data and error correction code are read from the main memory and sub-memory, respectively. On the basis of these data, the error correction code is generated for correcting errors in the read data. Error correction circuit 300 corrects errors in the main data. By storing the error correction code in a sub-memory different from the main memory and selecting the appropriate layout of the main memory and sub-memory, it is possible to increase the reading speed of the error correction code and to suppress time delays caused by error correction.

摘要: Disclosed are a semiconductor memory device, a semiconductor device, and a method for production thereof. The semiconductor memory device and semiconductor device do not need for a distance for alignment of lithography to make the contact hole with lithography to form the gate electrode. Hence the resulting devices have a reduced area for the cell array. The semiconductor memory device is composed of a substrate having trenches formed side by side, a plate electrode which is formed to a prescribed depth from the surface of the inner wall of the trench, a capacitor insulating film which covers the surface of the inner wall of the trench, a memory node electrode MN which fills the trench, with the capacitor insulating film interposed between them, and a memory node contact plug which is buried in a contact hole which is so made as to reach the memory node electrode from the surface of the semiconductor layer. A metallized region is integrally formed to connect at least part of the surface of the semiconductor layer and at least part of the surface of the contact plug to each other.

摘要: A vehicle obstacle detecting apparatus has an obstacle sensor, an obstacle detecting section, a vehicle response section, a driver operation storing section, a precision determining section and a threshold value updating section. The obstacle detecting section is configured to determine a presence of an obstacle around the vehicle to output a positive obstacle determination based on a similarity value between the detected obstacle information sent from the obstacle sensor and pre-stored obstacle detection reference information with a threshold value. The driver operation storing section is configured to store an average operation characteristic data calculated based on a driver operation. The precision determining section is configured to determine a detection precision of the obstacle by comparing an expected driver operation determined based on the average operation characteristic data with an actual driver operation. The threshold value updating section is configured to adjust the threshold value based on the detection precision.

摘要: The invention relates to a continuous liquid infusion device which can be easily prepared for operation with small force, and can infuse liquid at constant infusion rate and amount over a long time. It comprises a liquid syringe section and a driving pump section mounted on the liquid syringe section, wherein sliding the pressing arm of the driving pump section upward leads to axially slides the piston in the negative pressure chamber to produce a negative pressure therein; and using returning force of the piston under the negative pressure, the liquid pushout plunger barrel is biased toward the upper edge of a pressing member through a locking member engaged with the piston so as to push out liquid in the liquid syringe from the liquid infusion port. Further, only the liquid syringe is disposable while the vacuum pump barrel on the driving side is good for repeated use (reusable).

摘要: A light-scattering sheet of the present invention can be produced by applying a liquid mixture comprising polymers varying in refractive index (e.g., cellulose acetate), evaporating a solvent, and forming a bicontinuous phase structure due to spinodal decomposition. In the sheet, incident light can be scattered isotropically, and the transmitted and scattered light may have a maximum intensity of a scattered light at a scattering angle of 2 to 40°. Therefore, the transmitted light can be scattered with high directionality. A reflective liquid crystal display unit has a liquid crystal cell with a liquid crystal sealed therein, a reflector for reflecting incident light disposed behind the liquid crystal cell, a light-scattering sheet disposed forwardly of the reflecting means and a polarizing plate disposed forwardly of the liquid crystal cell. The light-scattering sheet realizes a reflective liquid crystal display unit capable of assuring a high quality image.
