Abstract: A display device is disclosed, which includes: a substrate having a first surface and a second surface, wherein the first surface is opposite to the second surface; a first conductive element disposed on the first surface; a second conductive element disposed on the second surface; and a connecting element disposed in a through via of the substrate, wherein the connecting element electrically connects the first conductive element and the second conductive element; wherein the second conductive element has a first oxygen atomic concentration, the connecting element has a second oxygen atomic concentration, and the first oxygen atomic concentration is greater than the second oxygen atomic concentration.

The light converting component includes a first region, a second region, and a third region from the first top surface to the second top surface, wherein a first sulfur content of the first region is less than a second sulfur content of the second region, and the first sulfur content of the first region is less than a third sulfur content of the third region.

A first distance is a minimum distance from the first edge to the light-emitting units parallel to the substrate, a second distance is a minimum distance from the first edge to the touch electrodes parallel to the substrate, and the first distance is greater than the second distance.

Abstract: A display device is provided and a display unit of the display device includes a light emitting unit and a light converting layer disposed on the light emitting unit. An intensity integral of the output spectrum from 380 nm to 493 nm defines as a first intensity integral, an intensity integral of the output spectrum from 494 nm to 580 nm defines as a second intensity integral, a ratio of the first intensity integral over the second intensity integral defines as a first ratio, and the first ratio ranges from 5 to 20.

Abstract: A touch display device includes a substrate, an insulating layer, light emitting units and a touch layer. The light emitting units are disposed in a display region of the substrate. The insulating layer is disposed on the light emitting units. The touch layer is disposed on the insulating layer, and the touch layer includes mesh units, a first connecting wire and a first anti-static electricity connecting part. Each mesh unit has a mesh opening, and the light emitting units are disposed in the mesh openings. The first connecting wire is disposed in a peripheral region of the substrate, and the first anti-static electricity connecting part is disposed between a first portion of the mesh units and the first connecting wire. The first connecting wire is electrically connected to the first portion of the mesh units through the first anti-static electricity connecting part.
