    Abstract: A display includes a light source, wherein the light source includes a base plate, a light emitting unit, and a light converting component. The light emitting unit is disposed on the base plate and has a first top surface. The light converting component covers the light emitting unit and has a second top surface and plural light converting elements, wherein the first top surface is located between the second top surface and the base plate. The light converting component includes a first region, a second region, and a third region from the first top surface to the second top surface, wherein a first sulfur content of the first region is less than a second sulfur content of the second region, and the first sulfur content of the first region is less than a third sulfur content of the third region.

    Abstract: A display device is provided and a display unit of the display device includes a light emitting unit and a light converting layer disposed on the light emitting unit. The display unit emits an output light under an operation of the highest gray level, the output light having an output spectrum. An intensity integral of the output spectrum from 380 nm to 493 nm defines as a first intensity integral, an intensity integral of the output spectrum from 494 nm to 580 nm defines as a second intensity integral, a ratio of the first intensity integral over the second intensity integral defines as a first ratio, and the first ratio ranges from 5 to 20.

    Abstract: A display device is disclosed, which includes: a substrate, including a first via, a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, wherein the first via has a first sidewall having a first roughness; a connecting element disposed in the first via; a bonding element disposed on the first surface, wherein the bonding element includes a third surface in contact with the connecting element, and the third surface has a second roughness; and a circuit element disposed on the second surface, wherein the circuit element electrically connects to the bonding element through the connecting element, wherein the first roughness of the first sidewall is greater than the second roughness of the third surface. In addition, a method for preparing the aforesaid display device is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A display device is provided. The display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a display layer, an active element layer, and a planar layer disposed on the active element layer. The planar layer includes a first contact hole. The display device further includes an electrode pad disposed on the planar layer. The display device further includes a passivation layer disposed on the electrode pad and the planar layer. The passivation layer includes a second contact hole. The first contact hole partially overlaps the second contact hole.
