摘要: An expandable downhole tool comprises a tubular body having an axial flowbore extending therethrough, at least one moveable arm, and a selectively actuatable sleeve that prevents or allows the at least one moveable arm to translate between a collapsed position and an expanded position. A method of expanding a downhole tool comprises disposing the downhole tool comprising at least one moveable arm within the wellbore, biasing the at least one moveable arm to a collapsed position corresponding to an initial diameter of the downhole tool, flowing a fluid through an axial flowbore extending through the downhole tool while preventing the fluid from communicating with a different flowpath of the downhole tool, allowing the fluid to communicate with the different flowpath by introducing an actuator into the wellbore, and causing the at least one moveable arm to translate to an expanded position corresponding to an expanded diameter of the downhole tool.

摘要: A two component catalyst activator comprises: 1) a Lewis acidic organoboron (or an orgonoaluminum) component; and 2) a component defined by the formula AOSO2R wherein A is a pseudo cationic group and R is a hydrocarbyl or substituted hydrocarbyl. The catalyst activator is used in combination with a transition metal catalyst for the polymerization of olefins. The catalyst activator provides improved catalyst activities. It is especially useful in solution polymerizations because of desirable solubility characteristics in comparison to the borate salts used in prior activators.

摘要: The well reference apparatus and method of the present invention includes a reference member preferably permanently installed within the borehole at a preferred depth and orientation in one trip into the well. The reference member provides a permanent reference for the location of all operations, particularly in a multi-lateral well. The assembly of the present invention includes disposing the reference member on the end of a pipe string. An orienting tool such as an MWD collar is disposed in the pipe string above the reference member. This assembly is lowered into the borehole on the pipe string. Once the preferred depth is attained, the MWD is activated to determine the orientation of the reference member. If the reference member is not oriented in the preferred direction, the pipe string is rotated to align the reference member in the preferred direction. This process is repeated for further corrective action and to verify the proper orientation of the reference member. Upon achieving the proper orientation of the reference member, the reference member is set within the borehole and the pipe string is disconnected from the reference member and retrieved.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method and a device to communicate between a mobile terminal and at least two backend servers, and the method of the present invention includes the following steps: registering a user of the mobile terminal as a user of the first backend server; obtaining the coding information by the barcode image taken through decoding the mobile terminal; the first backend server parsing the coding information to determine whether the barcode image is generated according to a preset coding rule, if the barcode image is generated according to the preset coding rule, executing subsequent steps; if the barcode image is not generated according to the preset coding rule, stopping executing the method after the mobile terminal is connected to a webpage corresponding to the coding information; the mobile terminal extracting service information corresponding to the coding information according to the coding information; the second backend server providing a service to the mobile terminal. The method and device of the present invention include multiple backend servers which cooperate to provide services for users of mobile terminal.
