摘要: A strain detector which has a driven shaft for receiving a stress; a high magnetostrictive rate magnetic layer made of one of Co--B, Co--P, Co--Ni--B, Ni--Fe--P, and Co--Ni--P formed by electroless plating on the outer periphery of the driven shaft; and a detecting coil disposed through a gap on the periphery of the magnetic layer for detecting a variation in the permeability by a strain responsive to the stress of the magnetic layer, a method for manufacturing the strain detector which has the steps of forming a high magnetostrictive plating layer made of one of Co--B, Co--P, Co--Ni--B, Ni--Fe--P and Co--Ni--P by electroless plating on the periphery of the driven shaft; and selectively removing the plating layer to obtain a magnetic layer made of a plurality of magnetic pieces aligned in parallel at a predetermined angle with respect to the central axis of the driven shaft. Thus, the strain detector has high accuracy, high sensitivity and high reliability, and the method for manufacturing the strain detector can inexpensively manufacture the strain detector in good mass productivity.

摘要: A zoom lens comprises a first lens group having a positive refractive power and a second lens group having a negative refractive power sequentially from an object to be photographed. The first lens group comprises an aperture, a front group including at least two lens components having a positive refractive power, and a lens component which has a negative refractive power and an object-side lens surface of which has a concave surface directed toward an object side, and a rear group located nearer to an image than the aperture and including at least one lens component having a positive refractive power. The front group is located nearer to the object than the aperture and has a positive refractive power as a whole. The second lens group comprises at least one lens component having a positive refractive power and at least two lens components having a negative refractive power. A relative distance between the first and second lens groups is changed to perform zooming.

摘要: A differential pressure regulator is arranged in series on the inflow side of a variable throttle for adjustment of a flow rate. An inlet pressure of the variable throttle is led into a primary pilot chamber of the differential pressure regulator. A constant flow control valve is provided in an oil passage connecting an oil passage on the inflow side of the differential pressure regulator with a secondary pilot chamber in order to allow a fluid of a constant flow rate to flow. The inflow side of a sequence valve is connected to the side of the secondary pilot chamber of the differential pressure regulator. The outflow side of the sequence valve is connected to the outlet side of the variable throttle or a tank. The inlet passage of the variable throttle is led into the primary pilot chamber of the sequence valve. An outlet pressure of the variable throttle is led into the secondary pilot chamber of the sequence valve. Further a check valve or a throttle is connected in parallel to the sequence valve. A relief valve is provided in an oil passage starting from the outflow side of the constant flow control valve and reaching the tank in order to prevent an increase in peak pressure when a load stops and thereby to control the pressure.

摘要: An electrostatic recording apparatus for recording, developing and fixing an image on a sheet of recording paper, comprises an electrostatic recording head and a roller. Transport structure is located at the down stream side of the electrostatic recording head with respect to a direction of feed of the sheet of recording paper. A control rotates the roller when a leading edge of the sheet of recording paper is sandwiched between the electrostatic recording head and the roller and stops rotation of the roller during a period of time after the leading edge of the sheet of recording paper which has passed through the electrostatic recording head and the roller has started being transported by the transport structure and before the trailing edge has passed between the electrostatic recording head and the roller, the roller being rotatable in response to feeding of the sheet after the roller has ceased to be driven.

摘要: To provide an electrode unit for a prismatic battery capable of increasing the output of the battery while suppressing the battery internal resistance value and improving the degree of freedom of the size of the electrode plate. An electrode unit for a prismatic battery including an electrode group in which positive electrode plates and negative electrode plates in an almost rectangular shape are alternately stacked with separators interposed therebetween. In each of the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate, core material exposed portions are formed at least on two side edges. The positive electrode plates and the negative electrode plate are stacked such that their core material exposed portions are directed not to overlap each other in the stack direction. The electrode unit for a prismatic battery includes a positive current collector having a shape capable of joining to all of the core material exposed portions of the positive electrode plates constituting the electrode group, and a negative current collector capable of joining to all of the core material exposed portions of the negative electrode plates constituting the electrode group, not in contact with the positive current collector.
