摘要: A fuel-cell stack includes a laminate having a plurality of unit cells laminated and accommodated in a box-like casing. The casing includes pairs of side plates arranged at the sides of the laminate and formed of a metal plate having a first thickness, and a plurality of hinge plates spot-welded to both ends of the side plates and formed of a metal plate having a second thickness greater than the first thickness. Of spot-welding electrodes, the spot-welding electrode has an end face formed with a concave. With the spot-welding electrode being arranged on the side of the hinge plate and with the hinge plate and the side plate being in press contact by the spot-welding electrodes, energization is carried out for welding.

摘要: A ball bearing in which the heat value in an inner ring is decreased and the heat value in an outer ring is brought closer to the heat value in the inner ring by making the radius of curvature for the inner ring groove larger, and defining the radius of curvature for the outer ring groove as 50.5% to 53.0% of the ball diameter. The arrangement of the present invention suppresses the heat value in the entire ball bearing and extends the bearing life at a reduced cost without using a large flow rate lubrication method or a preloading method such as constant preloading. In addition, a decrease in heat generation, seizing resistance and wear resistance can be attained further by optimizing a relation between the raceway groove and the ball diameter, by optimizing the number of balls, by controlling the ingredient composition for the material of the bearing ring, and by forming a hard deposition film on the surface of the raceway groove. Thus, according to the present invention, a ball bearing having a long life is provided even during high speed rotation at a dmn value of 2,000,000 or more.

摘要: A suction chuck and an inner cup are rotated in unison with each other to spread a coating solution uniformly over a planar object in the inner cup under centrifugal forces. Vent holes defined in an outer cup lid which closes an outer cup are held out of communication with vent holes defined in a ring-shaped closure member, so that the interior space in the outer cup is kept out of communication with the exterior space around the outer cup. The concentration of a solvent in the outer cup remains so high that no mist is produced in the outer cup. After the planar object has been coated and before the outer cup lid is opened, the ring-shaped closure member is turned to align the vent holes in the outer cup lid with the vent holes in the ring-shaped closure member, breaking any vacuum in the outer cup with ambient air introduced through the vent holes into the outer cup. Thereafter, the outer and inner cup lids are opened, and the coated planar object is taken out.

摘要: A control system for opening or closing an opening-closing member when a foreign material is caught by the opening-closing member. The event that the opening-closing member catches the foreign material is decided on the basis of a driving state of a motor for driving the opening-closing member such as a power window. For example, the event that the event of catching the foreign material is decided when a driving acceleration or a driving velocity is less than a predetermined threshold X or Y, respectively. Each of the thresholds X and Y is set basically on the basis of the previous driving acceleration and velocity of the opening-closing member. The thresholds X and Y are corrected on the basis of a condition exerting an influence upon the driving state of the motor, for example, on the basis of a driving voltage or a resistance to a sliding movement of the opening-closing member.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to improve the performance properties of the cable terminal end assembly and to make its configuration compact. A cable having signal wires and a ground wire are arranged laterally in a casing which is provided with a coupling section for coupling to the electrical device. The signal wires and the ground wires are separated by an insulation plate, and extend out from the ends of the cable into the casing. Signal wires and ground wires are bonded, to specific respective contact strips disposed inside the coupling section. The electrical connections inside the casing are molded with moulding. The advantage of the assembly configuration is that the cables are arranged laterally to house many cables compactly in the casing, and the insulation plate eliminates any possibility of shorting between the signal and ground wires, and signal distribution to the device is made possible, without the necessity for such costly parts as printed circuit board, by customized selection of the contact strips to be joined to the signal wires and to the ground wires in accordance with the requirements of the device.

摘要: A slewing-type working machine includes: a slewing motor which is a hydraulic motor for slewing; a variable-displacement hydraulic pump; a slewing operation device including an operation member; a control valve controlling the slewing motor based on an operation signal thereof; a pump regulator; a relief valve letting excess fluid to a tank; operation detectors detecting an operation direction and amount of the operation member; a motor rotational speed detector; and a controller controlling a discharge flow rate of the hydraulic pump. The controller obtains a deviation between a target rotational speed of the slewing motor obtained from a slewing operation amount and an actual rotational speed detected by the motor rotational speed detector, and controls the discharge flow rate to make the deviation closer to 0.
