摘要： Two rows of nozzles 4a and 4b whose open ends are formed as orifices 2 of a die are respectively made to communicate with introducing slots 3 of orifice units 6, and jackets 7 for temperature regulation are each disposed between the orifice units 6. First nozzle portions 41a and 41b of a small diameter are provided in the nozzles 4a and 4b for the purpose of reducing a dead space where the orifices 2 cannot be disposed due to the jackets 7, and the jackets 7 are disposed at their depthwise position. The first nozzle portions 41a and 41b are disposed eccentrically in mutually opposite directions with respect to second nozzle portions 42a and 42b having the same diameter as the orifice 2, thereby making it possible to substantially reduce the dead space.

摘要： A micro pump is made compact and can prevent members constituting the micro pump from being chemically reacted with a working fluid, and a method of producing the same. After each of substrates constituting the micro pump is formed by a member containing a silicone as a main composition and a plurality of metal membranes are formed on a whole of a bonding surface of each of the substrates so as to form bonding surfaces, the bonding surfaces are cleaned, and the bonding surfaces are opposed to each other under a vacuum condition, overlapped, heated and pressed so as to be bonded. The valve portion has a beam and a protrusion for sealing as provided in the valve side, whereby a pressure applied to the protrusion becomes smaller than the bonding pressure.

摘要： An angular division apparatus for circumferentially dividing a rotating object into a plurality of areas by using Doppler pulses includes an optical head for applying a beam emitted from a light source unit to a rotating object and detecting Doppler pulses based on a shift of the frequency of the light scattered from the rotating object, and a counting unit for counting the Doppler pulses output from the optical head to determine the number of pulses for one revolution of the rotating object. The number of Doppler pulses for one revolution is divided by a division number for dividing the rotating object into a plurality of areas in the angular direction. The rotating object is divided into a plurality of areas in the angular direction thereof by using the number of Doppler pulses per divided area.

In the cutter holder device, the cutter shaft is coupled to the cutter holder through the crowned involute spline gear and the elastic member, so that, even when a squareness between the cutter shaft and the die surface is lowered, all cutter blades are held in close contact with a die surface, whereby the resultant pellets are satisfactory and uniform in configuration.

摘要： An internal combustion engine comprising a carburetor having a throttle valve arranged in the main intake passage. The throttle valve comprises a rigid valve body of a circular shape and at least one deformable valve plate of a semielliptical shape. The inner end of the valve plate is fixed onto the rear face of the valve body so that the peripheral outer edge of the valve plate projects outwardly from the peripheral outer edge of the valve body. When the opening degree of the throttle valve becomes small, the valve plate comes into engagement with the inner wall of the main intake passage and is bent to form a valve space between the valve body and the valve plate. An auxiliary intake passage is additionally provided. The inlet of the auxiliary intake passage is so arranged that it opens into the valve space which is formed when the opening degree of the throttle valve becomes small. The outlet of the auxiliary intake passage is connected to the main intake passage located downstream of the throttle valve at a position near the intake valve.
