    摘要: In a drive device for pumps consisting of a pump impeller mounted in a pump chamber, a pump cover covers the pump chamber and has an extension and a bore passing from the pump chamber to the outside. A shaft is connected at its inner end to the pump impeller and at its outer end in a torsion-proof manner by way of a coupling element to a drive wheel. A bearing supports the shaft and drive wheel in the housing bore and extension respectively. The coupling element is formed by an external edge rigidly connected to the drive wheel and covers the outer bearing and the extension laterally on the outside. A cover plate with a center section connects in a torsion-proof manner to the shaft, and is adjusted to elastically adjust the cover plate relative to the pump cover either inward toward the pump chamber or outward away from the pump chamber, thereby providing for automatic adjustment of the radial and axial load-supporting bearings means to remove their play.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for manufacture of a rolling body directly on a bearing, comprising a hub, a roller sleeve, an annular portion joining the hub and roller sleeve, and reinforcing ribs on either side of the annular portion. Injected material fills the recesses for forming the reinforcing ribs from two directions: a primary flow radially inwardly directed from the mold portion for forming the roller sleeve and a secondary flow radially outwardly directed from the mold portion for forming the hub. The total cross-sectional area of the recesses for forming the reinforcing ribs is adjusted with respect to the circumferential cross-sectional area of the mold portion for forming the annular portion so that the fronts of the primary and secondary flows meet in the recesses. Pressure-release openings are arranged to communicate with the recesses at points in the area at which the meeting of the flow fronts occurs. The junctures resulting from the meeting of the flow fronts are thereby formed along the reinforcing ribs.

    摘要: A bearing unit for a rotating component, such as a toothed gear or guide pulley, with an integrated pump consists of a housing with a pump chamber defined therein, a pump rotor installed in the pump chamber, a support pin having an end supported in the housing, and a bearing ring rotatably mounted on the support pin. The bearing unit is mountable on a support surface of an associated machine element, such as an engine block by means of a flange on the housing. The pump rotor and the rotating component are securely mounted on the outer surface of the bearing ring in mutual abutting relationship. The pump rotor is disposed between the housing flange and a web portion of the rotating component. The rim portion of the rotating component circumscribes the pump rotor. A sliding sealing ring is provided between the housing or housing ring and the rotating component.

A felt ring is mounted on a shoulder of the piston away from the chamber, to engage the bore surface of the chamber, and a holding ring is snapped onto the end of the shoulder to hold the felt ring on the shoulder. An extension of the holding ring forms a seal with the bore on the chamber, and defines, with the felt ring a dust catching recess.
