摘要: Disclosed are a reflection mirror for reflecting a received radiation beam to produce a reflection beam, a reflection device with such a mirror, a scanning system with such a mirror and an exposure apparatus with such a mirror. A radiation beam is inputted to the reflection mirror with an angle of incidence which changes with position on the reflection mirror, wherein the reflection mirror has a multilayered film effective to provide an increased relative reflectivity with respect to a predetermined wavelength of the reflection beam, and wherein a layer of the multilayered film has a thickness which changes with position so as to substantially avoid a shift of the wavelength of the reflection beam dependent upon the angle of incidence.

摘要: This invention concerns an image processing system which is constructed by combining a plurality of image readers each adapted to read an image electrically and produce image data as output and a printing means for producing the image on a recording medium based on the introduced image data. During the course of transfer of an image signal from the image readers to the printing means, the image processing system automatically delays the actuation of the image readers when the mode of prohibiting the transfer of image signal exists, whereas the image processing system automatically actuates the image readers immediately after the mode of prohibiting the transfer of image signal changes to the mode of permitting the transfer.

摘要: A display system for a working machine displays basic information at all times and, in case of an abnormality, displays the details of the warning in addition to the basic information to enable an operator to reliably recognize details of the warning. For example, a first warning display function, upon receiving an abnormality information signal relating to a charge warning, displays an appropriate warning icon in a warning icon display region. A simplified basic-information display function, then displays simplified basic-information images and a second warning display function displays, in a free area of the display, a second warning message inclusive of a “Charge warning” message as display details of the warning icon, and of character information relating to a simplified remedial action. The operator can then reliably recognize the “Charge warning” and understand its details as well, by viewing the second warning message in addition to the warning icon.

摘要: In case a temperature (T) of a lubricant oil (G) cannot be detected by an oil temperature sensor (51) provided on an output side of a lubricant pump (46), the temperature (Tm) of a wheel drive motor (17) is detected by using a motor temperature sensor (53) provided on the wheel drive motor (17). By estimating the temperature (T) of the lubricant oil (G) from the temperature (Tm) of the wheel drive motor (17), monitoring is carried out as to whether or not the temperature (Tm) has risen to a predetermined temperature (Tms) at which the cooling of the lubricant oil (G) by forced circulation is deemed necessary. The drive of a lubricant pump (46) by a pump drive motor (47) is stopped until the motor temperature (Tm) rises to a level exceeding the predetermined temperature (Tms).

摘要: Engine driving characteristics are achieved for driving a hydraulic system during non-traveling and traveling in an electrically driven dump truck. When a shift lever 16 is located at a neutral position, the target revolution speed Nr1 corresponding to the operation amount (p) of an accelerator pedal 1 is calculated on the basis of first target revolution speed characteristics (Nr1(p)) which are suitable for driving of a hydraulic pump for working so that an electronic governor 4a is controlled on the basis of this target revolution speed. When the shift lever 16 is located at a forward position, the target revolution speed Nr2 corresponding to the operation amount of the accelerator pedal 1 is calculated on the basis of second target revolution speed characteristics (Nr2(p)) which are suitable for driving of electric motors 12R, 12L so that the electronic governor 4a is controlled on the basis of this target revolution speed.

摘要: The storage system includes a first storage subsystem having a first logical volume to be accessed by a host computer, and a second storage subsystem connected to the first storage subsystem and having a second logical volume to be mapped to the first logical volume. The first storage subsystem includes a memory having definition information for defining a plurality of logical paths that transfer, to the second logical volume, I/O from the host computer to the first logical volume, and a transfer mode of the I/O to the plurality of logical paths. At least two or more logical paths among the plurality of logical paths are defined as active, and the controller transfers the I/O to the at least two or more logical paths set as active.
