    摘要: An apparatus and method for modifying RFID tag data in a portable terminal are provided. The method includes determining whether a UID of the RFID reader is received; when the UID of the RFID reader is received, determining whether RFID tag data corresponding to the received UID exists in an RFID data management database; and when the RFID tag data corresponding to the received UID data exists in the RFID data management database, recording the corresponding data in the RFID tag and transmitting the recorded data. The data recorded in the RFID tag can be dynamically modified according to the RFID readers that are located near the portable terminal and collect the RFID tag data.

    摘要: An oscillator comprises a data storage unit, an oscillation unit, and a control unit. The data storage unit is adapted to store a plurality of reference condition codes and a plurality of reference control codes. The oscillation unit is adapted to output an oscillation signal having an oscillation frequency that varies according to a control code. The control unit is adapted to generate the control code with a target value based on the reference condition codes and the reference control codes and a current condition code input to the control unit. Where control code has the target value, the oscillation unit outputs the oscillation signal with the oscillation frequency substantially equal to a target oscillation frequency.

    摘要: In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device for use in such applications as a flash memory device, a field insulating pattern defines an opening that exposes an active region of a semiconductor substrate. The field insulating pattern includes a first portion protruding from the substrate and a second portion buried in the substrate. An oxide layer is formed on the active region by an oxidation process using a reactive plasma including an oxygen radical and a conductive layer is then formed on the oxide layer to sufficiently fill up the opening. The oxide layer is formed by an oxidation reaction of a surface portion of the active region with the oxygen radical having a relatively low activation energy, resulting in an improved thickness uniformity of the oxide layer. As a result, various performance characteristics of the semiconductor device when used in flash memory and similar applications are improved.

    摘要: A differential amplifier has an upper/lower and a left/right symmetric structure. The differential amplifier improves output voltage swings and gain without the need for additional circuits for driving current sources or voltage sources. The differential amplifier includes a first current source, a second current source, a first inverter, a second inverter and a self bias control circuit. The first current source and the second current source provide a first bias current and a second bias current. The self bias control circuit maintains the first bias current and the second bias current at a constant level. Therefore, the differential amplifier provides constant current without additional circuits for driving current sources or voltage sources, and achieves a wider range of voltage output swings and a higher gain, as compared to conventional differential amplifier configurations.
