摘要: The present invention relates to particles for supporting a surfactant and a process for preparing the same. Further, the present invention relates to high-density detergent particles using the particles for supporting a surfactant, and a process for preparing the same. According to the present invention, there can be obtained particles for supporting a surfactant which are excellent in the supporting ability (supporting capacity/supporting strength) for the liquid surfactant composition, and particles for supporting a surfactant which are excellent in the absorption properties (supporting rate) for the liquid surfactant composition, by spray-drying a preparation liquid obtainable by a process comprising the steps of preparing a first preparation liquid comprising a solution or slurry comprising a water-soluble polymer and a water-soluble salt; and subjecting the first preparation liquid to a treatment of increasing a number of water-soluble salt particles, thereby preparing a second preparation liquid having an increased number of water-soluble salt particles, as compared to the number of water-soluble salt particles which are present in the first preparation liquid. Further, since the liquid surfactant composition is supported by the particles for supporting a surfactant, detergent particles which are excellent in detergent performance, quality and the like can be efficiently obtained.

摘要: A catalyst light-off device for a direct injection engine comprises a temperature state identifier (31) for judging the temperature state of a catalyst (22) for converting exhaust gases, a fuel injection controller (33) for controlling fuel injection from an injector (11), and an ignition timing controller (35). When the catalyst is in its unheated state in which its temperature is lower than its activation temperature, the fuel injection controller (33) causes the injector (11) to make split injection during a period from an intake stroke to an ignition point including a later injection cycle which produces a mixture having local unevenness and an earlier injection cycle which produces a uniform and lean mixture, and the ignition timing controller (35) retards the ignition point.

摘要: A control device for a direct injection engine includes an identifier for judging whether a catalyst is in its unheated state in which its temperature is lower than its activation temperature, an engine temperature state detector for sensing the temperature state of the engine, and a fuel injection controller for controlling fuel injection from the injector. The fuel injection controller controls an injector in such a way that it makes at least two-step split injection including an earlier injection cycle performed during an intake stroke and a later injection cycle performed in a middle portion of a compression stroke or later when the catalyst is in its unheated state, and the later injection cycle is retarded when the catalyst is still in its unheated state but the engine temperature has become higher than a specified temperature compared to a case where the temperature of the engine is equal to or lower than the specified temperature.

摘要: The granular detergent composition for clothes washing including a surfactant, a metal ion capturing agent, a crystalline alkali metal silicate, and an acidic ingredient, wherein the granular detergent composition includes at least two different granules: a first granule containing the crystalline alkali metal silicate, and a second granule, which is an acidic granule, containing the acidic ingredient. In the granular detergent composition, the crystalline alkali metal silicate and the acidic ingredient are being present in different granules, and the granular detergent composition shows alkaline property in distilled water at 25° C. and has a bulk density of 650 g/L or more. Since each of an acidic ingredient and a crystalline alkali metal silicate is included in a different granule, the initial rise in the pH at initial washing can be adjusted, so that a further improved detergency against the sebum dirt stains is exhibited.

摘要: The heat exchanger includes a plurality of heat transfer tubes 1, 1 . . . arranged in parallel, and a multiplicity of mesh-form fins 2, 2 . . . arranged parallel to axes of the tubes and joined to the heat transfer tubes 1, 1 . . . . Each of the heat transfer tubes 1 consists of a pair of tube component members 4, 4 of a half cylindrical configuration having, at their respective circumferential ends, joining flanges 4a, 4b extending along the axis of the tube. The opposed joining flanges 4a, 4b of the tube component members 4, 4 are joined together by being pressed against the fins 2, 2 from outer side thereof. This provides for improvement in operating efficiency in the process of assembling heat transfer tubes and mesh-form fins together.
