A fuel supply pump has a tappet structural body and a spring sheet, wherein a penetration portion for allowing passage of a lubricant or a fuel for lubrication therethrough by coordinating the tappet structure and the spring sheet is provided between a spring-holding chamber for holding a spring to be used for pulling up a plunger and a cam chamber for housing a cam to be used for moving the plunger up and down.

摘要： An upper electrode and a lower electrode are disposed opposite to each other in a process container configured to be vacuum-exhausted. The upper electrode is connected to a first RF power supply configured to apply a first RF power for plasma generation. The lower electrode is connected to a second RF power supply configured to apply a second RF power for ion attraction. The second RF power supply is provided with a controller preset to control the second RF power supply to operate in a power modulation mode that executes power modulation in predetermined cycles between a first power set to deposit polymers on a predetermined film on a wafer and a second power set to promote etching of the predetermined film on the wafer.

摘要： In a flexible disk drive for a flexible disk, a main frame defines a receiving portion for receiving the flexible disk. The main frame has a principal surface which faces the receiving portion and extends in a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. A carriage assembly is mounted on the main frame and has a magnetic head for accessing the flexible disk. The carriage assembly is movable to carry the magnetic head along the principal surface. An eject base is coupled to the main frame and has a main portion facing the principal surface and side plates opposite to each other in the first direction. Between the main frame and the eject base, an eject plate is placed movable in the second direction for ejecting the flexible disk from the receiving portion. The eject plate has side plates facing the side plates of the eject base in the first direction, respectively. A guiding mechanism is coupled to the side plates of the eject base and to the side plates of the eject plate and guides movement of the eject plate in the second direction.

摘要： When data of a print job are stored on another device or a file server, data transfer is required to obtain image data, and the start of a print process and a preview process take time compared to a print job whose data is stored in a local storage device. Hence, a print job is started, and it is checked if data for all pages of the print job are locally held. If data for all pages of the print job are locally held, a print process is continued; otherwise, data for remaining pages are obtained and undergo the print process parallel to the print process for a first part.

摘要： In a flexible disk drive for a flexible disk, a main frame defines a receiving portion for receiving the flexible disk. 摘要： Even when a CPU gains higher performance and a distributed computing environment is being put in place, it is not easy to follow the speed of hardware image processing implemented by dedicated hardware. Hence, jobs of filter processing having a heavy operation load and low distributability are selectively and intensively input to a small number of resources having performance as high as possible. On the other hand, since the color conversion processing and gamma processing have high distributability, even when jobs are input to many resources having low performance, an improvement of the processing speed can be expected. Therefor, color conversion processing and gamma processing distribute jobs to many resources.
