Abstract: A management server obtains first data indicating an input value in a measurement test regarding a user's sense of taste, obtains rating information indicating the user's rating of a dish or a restaurant, generates an evaluation value of the user's sense of taste based on the first data. One search filter for filtering dishes or restaurants by using rating results of dishes or restaurants rated by sense-of-taste top scorers is provided on a dish search screen. When the evaluation value of the user's sense of taste satisfies a certain condition for the sense-of-taste top scorers, the rating information indicating the user's rating of the dish or the restaurant is included in the rating results of the dishes or restaurants rated by the sense-of-taste top scorers.

Abstract: A video transmission method according to the present disclosure includes: generating a transmission signal including, in a time series, first video data having a first luminance dynamic range and second video data having a second luminance dynamic range wider than the first luminance dynamic range; and transmitting the transmission signal generated. In the generating of the transmission signal, a signal level corresponding to a luminance value is limited to a value lower than a limit value that is predetermined, in a transition period provided for switching from one of the first video data and the second video data to the other.

The display apparatus includes: a second acquisition unit acquiring the third luminance signal and setting information indicating display settings recommended to the display apparatus in display of the video; a display setting unit setting the display apparatus, using the setting information; a third luminance converter converting a third code value indicated by the third luminance signal into a second luminance value compatible with a second luminance range, using the setting information; and a display controller displaying the video on the display apparatus based on the second luminance value.

According to the transmission method in the present disclosure, a receiving device that received a high dynamic range (HDR) image and a standard dynamic range (SDR) image transmitted through broadcasting or the like can display these images appropriately.
