摘要: Embodiments of a dynamic leakage control circuit for use with graphics processor circuitry are described. The dynamic leakage control circuit selectively enables back biasing of the transistors comprising the graphics processor circuits during particular modes of operation. The back biasing levels are controlled by two separate power rails. A first power rail is coupled to an existing power supply and the second power rail is coupled to a separate adjustable voltage regulator. A separate voltage regulator may also be provided for the first power rail. A hardware-based state machine or software process is programmed to detect the occurrence of one or more modes of operation and adjust the voltage regulators for the first and second power rails to either enable or disable the back biasing state of the circuit, or alter the threshold voltage of the circuit within a specified voltage range.

摘要: The present invention relates to a lamp holder having two terminals arranged at the end of two wires of a light string and a light bulb preassembled in a lamp base. Electrodes from the lamp and base make contact with the terminals as the lamp is inserted into the inside of the lamp holder. A bulge is arranged at on position within the lamp base. An electrically conductive spring is arranged in the inside of the lamp holder having two feet corresponding to the positions of the terminals. Each foot is in contact with one of the terminals when the bulb and base are out of the holder, but one foot is displaced by the bulge on the lamp base to provide electrical connection through the lamp rather than the spring when the lamp is inserted into the holder.

摘要: A scalable video transcoder with limited drifting error is disclosed. The transcoder accumulates re-quantization errors of I-frames or P-frames. The accumulated errors are only selectively introduced into the transcoding loop in every block to compensate for transcoding errors. A threshold algorithm adaptively utilizes the accumulated errors at block level to control drifting error at an acceptable limited level. Transcoder complexity is scalable because a DCT transform may be removed from the transcoder loop when the accumulated errors are not used for compensation. The re-quantization process can be simply implemented by look-up table(s), which significantly reduces the complexity of the re-quantization process.
