    Abstract: An operating method of a wireless communication device includes receiving a reference signal from a base station, estimating a first channel between the wireless communication device and the base station based on the reference signal, extracting, based on a first artificial intelligence model trained to reduce a difference between the first channel estimated by the wireless communication device and a second channel estimated by the base station, a feature including grouped attributes from the first channel, quantizing the grouped attributes using a codebook that is based on a second artificial intelligence model and by generating one or more indices of the codebook for each group of the attributes, and transmitting, to the base station, a bitstream including combination information of the indices of the codebook.

    Abstract: An optical sensor including a planar nano-photonic microlens array and an electronic apparatus including the same are provided. The optical sensor may include: a sensor substrate including a plurality of photosensitive cells for sensing light; a filter layer provided on the sensor substrate; and a planar nano-photonic microlens array provided on the filter layer, and including a plurality of planar nano-photonic microlenses, wherein the plurality of planar nano-photonic microlenses are two-dimensionally arranged in a first direction and a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction, and each of the planar nano-photonic microlenses include nano-structures arranged such that the light transmitting through each of the planar nano-photonic microlenses has a phase profile in which a phase change curve is convex in the first direction and the second direction.

    Abstract: An electronic device and an antenna device of an electronic device are provided. The electronic device includes a wafer, a radio frequency integrated circuit (RFIC) fabricated in the wafer, an antenna interposer disposed on a surface of the wafer, an antenna structure fabricated in the antenna interposer, the antenna structure comprising a first conductive pattern with a first electrical length and a second conductive pattern with a second electrical length, a switch formed in the RFIC and electrically connected to at least one of the first conductive pattern or the second conductive pattern based on a frequency band of a signal being transmitted or received by the RFIC, and a through hole formed in at least part of the wafer or the antenna interposer and electrically connecting the RFIC and the antenna structure.

    Abstract: A method of operating a wireless communication apparatus including an antenna array including a plurality of sub-arrays includes sweeping a receiving beam formed in each of the sub-arrays such that the receiving beam has a plurality of receiving beam patterns at a respective plurality of sweeping positions, and receiving a signal through the antenna array at each of the sweeping positions, generating base channel matrix information including channel matrices corresponding to the receiving beam patterns for each of the sub-arrays, based on the signal, performing a digital sweeping operation on at least one group combination, which is determined using the base channel matrix information, and generating supplemental channel matrix information, and selecting a receiving beam pattern of the antenna array using the base channel matrix information and the supplemental channel matrix information.
